When you hire a home inspector, hire based on their qualifications (certifications are just paper!)

Qualifications include degree (engineer, architect, etc.), Apprenticeships (union plumber, etc.), and especially years of experience (minimum 5 years, and/​or 500 inspections)

History

Established in 1992.

Inspect​.Net, Inc. was founded on the simple idea of providing a service you could depend on. Over 13,000 inspections later, we’re still going strong. Staffed with licensed general contractors, engineers, members of ASHI, or highly experienced safety managers, you are in good hands when you call Inspect​.Net, Inc.

Under the guidance of an accomplished and experienced inspector, Jeff Bond set out to obtain the necessary training before performing any inspections. A year of intense apprenticeship work, countless hours of study, and over 1000 inspections were performed as part of this rigorous training. Coupled with an engineering degree from Cal Poly, San Luis Obispo, and a general contractors license (#634 650/​B), this combination provided the necessary framework from which to grow a qualified inspection firm.
