Cleaning the interior of a vehicle is an art form that is mastered over many years of experience. The process of cleaning an interior is a combination of experiece, knowledge, skills, product and proper use of equipment. We specialize in; Carnuaba crème waxing* We use carnauba cream waxs to develop an ultra rich, deep, wax finish blends pure grade Brazilian carnauba with enhancing emollient to produce a brillian impenetrable finish. We also specialize in Headlight Restoration.

I called Robert and was able to get the same day service. He arrived early which was great and got started promptly. He spent almost three hours cleaning my SUV and the end product was a new car. He was so pleasant and such a hard worker. I would highly recommend him to anyone and we will use him again for sure!

Rob did a amazing job. I called him today for a last minute detail on my two cars but was only able to do it on my pilot. Can I say new car again?! The pilot looks brand new. He did an amazing job. He took care of the interior and the exterior. Rob is great. He will be my go to detailer from now on.

I was referred to Hines through my manager who gets her car washed about 2 times a month he did an amazing job so I decided to get my car done he did such a good job because my car was just terrible that I referred him to my mom who drives all the way to concord to get her car washed at the BMW dealer ship. She contacted Robert and they made an appointment for Sunday October 25, 2015, my mother had to take my sister to an appointment that day in Berkeley and they agreed to meet at her house in Oakland. Once he arrived he stated that hes from Richmond and doesn’t know about Oakland area. Now I lived with my mom for 20 years and only since getting my own place have not and not once in my entire life has there been any crime on that street ever. She then offered to have the cars washed on my grandmothers property he agreed as she got the 3 cars ready he told her he was going to make a U-​turn to be more accommodating for the cars and drove off and never came back. My mom called several times to see where he was and what was going on and he had turned his cell phone off completely. I then called from my cell and went straight to voicemail as well as my Manager who originally referred me was ignored. This is the most unprofessional thing I’ve ever seen in my life. I called him today 10/​29/​2015 to see what happened and if we could maybe work with him again and when I asked him about the issue he stated «MAN I AINT TRIPPIN I DONT NEED THE BUSINESS» and hung up in my face.
Run a business with professionalism don’t be a disrespectful coward.

I would give Robert 6 stars if I could. His service is impeccable and the end product was almost shocking. I am selling my car and wanted to have it spruced up for some craigslist photos… I didn’t expect this level of awesomeness. I’m going to get a couple hundred dollars more on my sale price because of how pristine the car looks. It looks brand spanking new.
Worth every penny and the 30% tip.

My car looks and smells amazing! It is cleaner and sleeker than ever and finally feels like MINE. In addition to the fantastic attention to detail on both the interior and exterior as well as the convenience of coming to my home (yay, I can study for midterms while my car is serviced!) Robert is just a great guy. He was very polite and friendly, arrived EARLY (major plus!), and even did I quick rinse on my mom’s Mustang just because it was in the driveway looking sad next to my newly gorgeous car. With his excellent work, personable nature, and unbeatable pricing he will definitely be my go-​to guy the next time I need my car to really shine.

Robert and his sons did an amazing job on my 20 018 black Toyota Camry! I was able to schedule the appointment for the very next day, Robert even offered to do it same day if needed. He called to say he was running a little early and wanted to know if it would be okay to come over. I appreciated his call and was happy to have him come at his convenience as I was home for the day. They arrived and were professional, polite, and just good people. I immediately trusted them and knew they would take good care of me. They spent over 2 hours working on my car. When they were done I was amazed at the results. They had been able to remove stains that I never thought wicked come out, old, set in stains. They pricing for full detail, including wash and wax, upholstry cleaning, and everything was only $ 75! We gave him $ 100 and he tried to give us back change, we insisted that he keep it. Very impressed, and will be sure to recommend him and his boys to anyone I know looking for a detail service. Thank you, Robert!

I love, love, love him and his meticulous attention to detail!
I have used his services for the last 3 years to get my friend’s vehicles better than new after visiting the Playa (Burning Man). For anyone’s who’s been, you know the dust gets EVERYWHERE! Well, the dust is absolutely no match for Robert. After 3 burns you would think I wouldn’t be so surprised by the outcome, but my jaw still drops every time. Let me put it to you this way… 2 burns ago I borrowed my client’s truck for the burn. I promised him I would return it better than I got it. I guess I (with Robert’s help of course) really delivered because this year he asked me if I wanted to borrow it for the Burn again!!! To quote him exactly, he said he really wanted me to borrow it because I would get it detailed by my guy again! Amazing, right!?!

We’re THRILLED! We just had our car detailed today, and had to write. Definite five-​star rating from us. Our car was vandalized recently, and we needed a VERY thorough vacuum job to get up the feathers and slivers of glass. We decided to have the upholstery and floor carpets cleaned at the same time, and DAMN! It looks fantastic!
We now feel very safe to drive around without having to worry about glass fibers that didn’t get sucked up; Robert did a very, very thorough job. He got stains out of the carpets that we had never known could possibly come out. The upholstery looks brand-​new.
Robert was extremely pleasant, professional, friendly, and so easy to work with. He came to US, which was so nice after having been vandalized. He washed the exterior of the car even though all we’d asked for was interior detailing. He turned an ugly experience into a really good one. Scheduling was simple, he got back to us promptly — we are just delighted with his service! We’d definitely contact him again for detailing. Thank you, Robert!

Awesome! This guy does it all! I spent so much time searching Unilocal for a mobile detailing service that didn’t cost like 150 – 200 for a full interior/​exterior detail. Robert made my little ford Taurus look like new for only $ 60! During the process many neighbors oohed and awed over the work and asked for his info! Overall great experience!
