I had a great warm stone massage with Tiffani and will go back. She went above and beyond, and all my massages have been awesome. Better than Massage Envy or those cheap $ 20 massages. Worth the money and much better experience.

Saw Tiffanie today for a prenatal massage. I’ve been having really bad upper back pain lately so decided to listen to my fellow Unilocalers for the best prenatal massage in the area. Tiffanie and the receptionist were very friendly and welcoming right away. Tiffanie provided me with pregnancy pads which were so comfortable I wanted to fall asleep as soon as I laid on my stomach. She then laid heated pads on my back which soothed my muscles. The massage was relaxing and the pressure was perfect, getting all the tension I had built up in my upper back. She also had me do some deep breathing and stretching which was very relaxing as well. I’m 15 weeks into my pregnancy and I will definitely be making a monthly appointment with Tiffanie until my baby is due.

Tiffanie was fantastic. I’m 36 weeks and had an amazing 90 min massage and feel completely relaxed. She was firm and gentle at the same time.

I came in here awhile ago and had the massage, facial, lunch and mani and pedi package.
Let me just say the lady who did my massage and who I believe is the owner gave me what I believe is probably one of the best professional massages of my whole life. She really does what seems to be a great deep tissue massage. She was very nice and sweet and hit the right spots on me.
Some things that dropped this review down from 5 stars to 2 stars.
1) It’s a very nice décor (inside) and serene. When I came to her location I was greeted by a nice gentleman that I believe works as her receptionist. He showed me around and asked if I needed anything like water while I waited for the lady to come in to do my massage (she was about 20 min late). I asked to use the restroom and he directed me down the hall. When I used the restroom and went to wash my hands the soap dispenser was empty. I came back into the waiting area and informed the guy that there was no soap in the restroom. He nodded his head in surprise and walked out the room (gesturing as if he was taking care of refilling the soap dispenser right away). Anyhow, long story short at the end of my spa day I went to use the restroom again and STILL an empty soap dispenser. So you know, that to me is pretty gross. I mean if we are all using the same restrooms and you see no problem with not washing your hands with soap and then you want to provide me services with dirty hands. That’s just not sanitary.
2) When I went in to get my massage she had me lay on the massage table and I was to put my face in this face holder with a hole in the middle so I could breathe. As soon as I put my face on the face holder it smelled really musty and bad. Which was a surprise as everything in the room appeared to be really nice and clean. But it was very obvious that she was not changing the pillow cases on the face area she was laying people’s faces in. It smelled like she may have not changed that pillow case in the past 10+ massages or so. I was so uncomfortable and I didn’t know how to say anything to her. As I felt I shouldn’t even have been put in a situation to ask her for a clean pillow case. It was just odd, awkward and nasty. What I ended up doing is shifting the pillow case to the side for a clean area to lay my face. I know gross right. Yeah, I was uncomfortable.
3) I think I was in the day spa entirely too long. I think I was supposed to be in there for 3 or 4 hrs. I ended up being in there for 5 — 5 ½ hours. I was ready to go. The whole staff was incredibly nice and engaging. But at some points, I was dreading long winded conversations because it was slowing down the service and prolonging my stay.

thick nail polish with some type of liquid it makes sense now)
So #1 & #2 alone made me question the cleanliness of the place. It’s sad because I love small businesses and really want to promote and support them. Plus the lady owner was so nice and is really good at what she does.
I’m hoping she can make some small improvements based on some feedback.

Stop in and get the massage your body needs. My husband and I did the couples hot stone massage and I almost didn’t get the hot stones so glad I did! You won’t be sorry! It was such a great way to spend our morning. Really friendly staff and they didn’t hunt us down for tips! One of the women who works in the spa even watched our baby for us so we could relax. We still worried about her but it was definitely exactly what we
Needed! Thanks so much and we will definitely be back hopefully soon! Can’t wait to share this place with friends and family!
Ps. They have you fill out a paper stating your pain areas if any and then they let you get on the beds as they step out and then they come back in and begin the massage of a lifetime. They stepped out when they were done and said to take our time we went back to the lobby and paid the receptionist. That’s pretty much the process.

from the AT&T building. To the right of the hair salon on the first floor. You walk in the door and can either take stairs or an elevator. They also have a parking lot behind the building.

Wow! Tiffanie was amazing. Right off the bat, super friendly and welcoming. I felt very relaxed the whole time. She was extremely professional and answered all my questions. I am so happy to have found a good massage therapist so close to home. She displayed a sense of urgency and awareness as well. I have already booked another appointment for next week! This place is kind of tucked away, so keep an eye out if you are visiting for the first time.

I came in today with the worst back pain and felt like a stiff board. I came for a Swedish massage. Tiffanie was my masseuse, and she was absolutely amazing! The whole experience was great. Her hands are gifts from God. I walked out of the building a new woman! I feel so much better, better than I have in a long time! Thank you Tiffanie! Anyone who needs a massage, you won’t be disappointed here. The atmosphere was calm, clean, smelled so good, the music was so relaxing. I can’t wait to come back!

Tiffanie is the best! So I used to be a member of massage envy and it just got too expensive and it was always hit or miss. For my second pregnancy I wanted to get a massage and I was just feeling incredibly stressed. My husband booked me a massage and wow did he do a good job. I have never been to a prenatal massage where they have a memory foam pillow that you can lay your tummy on so that you don’t have to lay on your side. It was beyond amazing and proved to be a way better massage than I had ever had at massage envy. Although it was towards the end of my pregnancy I booked four more sessions with Tiffanie. She’s so nice and truly gets to know her clients.
The location is tucked away and upstairs and she made it feel really serene and relaxing.

I’ve been to plenty of small businesses around this area that offer massage therapy and I have never walked out so relieved and pain free. My shoulders/​upper back felt so loose, as well as my neck. Tiffanie really knew what she was doing. I got a full body massage and it was totally worth every minute. I wish it was longer but the length of her massage has no direct effect on the quality because I’ve has 75 minute massages elsewhere and still felt like my muscles were tense. I’m definitely going to start coming here on a regular basis. Thanks Tiffanie!

Dante gave the best massage! Very reasonable price wise, and I left feeling like a new person. If you have not been to experience his hands, don’t wait any longer. Nice establish and very friendly.

Tiffanie did an incredible job!!! I’ll definitely be back!!! The atmosphere is perfect, very professional, and she also gave tips on skincare!!! I will recommend this place to everyone!!! On top of that there are other services they provide, nails, waxing, eyelashes, and much more! Can’t beat this quality in a convient location.

I have been getting massages from Tiffanie since she worked at csu east bay. I have fibromyalgia and so I’ve been to many places before her. The first time I had a massage, I called my husband in tears because I had never had my pain so relieved.
I got a prenatal massage from her recently and I loved it. She has something set up so you can still lay on your stomach and boy is that amazing!
Bottom line: she’s amazing. Also, I would trust her judgment on other people she brings in.

One word can only explain this place. AMAZING!!! A little pricey but oh so worth it. Tiffinie and ger staff are so sweet and funny. Definitely makes it a trip well worth it! Its a little piece of heaven on earth. Check it out!

Facial and massage: nice and I feel wonderful (and my face glows!).

Lovely atmosphere, the spa is cozy and clean. Dante, who performed my massage, was very professional and did a great job. If you enjoy pampering yourself this is the place to go.

Tiffanie is fantastic! Her studio is peaceful and she creates a tranquil environment in which you can relax and take your mind off things. Her hands are strong, too!

First do not let the bldg throw you off as it is So serene and just the right size inside. Nestled in downtown Hayward. Decorated nicely, with class. Dante and Africa took us on a tour, explaining what our experience would be like. Personal one on one treatment. Taylor ed to our needs. One of the best 50 min.

Hidden gem! The location is tucked away but there is plenty of safe and free parking located within a gate. The building is old but the Spa makes up for the spooky outside appearance. Last minute, I scheduled a Prenatal Massage with a popular SF Bay Area masseuse named Dante because of his great reviews and a few personal recommendations. Being 6 months pregnant, I walked in exhausted and strained; after my service, I left his care feeling like myself again.
First off, I walked into the Spa and the entire staff was all smiles. Dante greeted me, with a glass of cold, fresh water and offered a tour of the facility. Afterwards, he escorted me to the massage area and showed me his set up. To my surprise, Dante was able to provide me with a pregnancy pillow which allowed me to lay flat on my stomach for the first part of our session. You should have seen the excitement on my face, I mean I haven’t laid flat on my stomach in 5 months. A few weeks prior, I had a similar massage but I was instructed to lay on my side which didn’t allow me to enjoy the full experience.
As the massage began, I was really impressed with the strength of my therapist. This was my first time under the care of a male masseuse and I could really feel the difference in pressure but Dante was careful to involve me the entire step and ask if his levels were acceptable or exceeding my pleasure. Dante was patient, kind and thorough. I mentioned my lack of motivation to exercise during my pregnancy and in return he thoroughly provided me with a complimentary stretching service on each of my limbs. He went all in, no part of my body was neglected and by the end of my session I felt like a new woman.
If you are looking for a complete and through massage, Dante is the man! With 3 months left to go, I hope to return monthly and see Dante to prepare myself mentally and physically for the stress of a lengthy and natural labor.

Best massage in my LIFE!!! Tiffani is awesome I can’t believe how great she was, wish I would of found her sooner I am definitely going back on a regular basis! Very affordable and she offers so many other services too.
