Dry Cleaning Station

I’ve been coming here for a while now (I’d say well over a year) and the customer service and work is excellent. They always know my name as soon as I walk in and that is so refreshing and nice. I’ve never had a problem with my clothes being done on time or not being done properly. I recently moved to Hayward and needed a new place, I tried a few other places around but they were more expensive and the work was still the same. I was drawn to this place initially because they are located on the way home from work and its just easy for me, but now I stay because of the quality of work, the excellent customer service, and the great pricing. I’ll most likely never go anywhere else, unless I move.

Great place for dry cleaning and alterations! The staff is extremely friendly and provide excellent customer service. Accommodating to your needs. My boyfriend and I take our work uniforms to get cleaned at least twice a month. Always an awesome job and done in a timely manner! Prices are comparable to other dry cleaning spots, but you get the great consistent service every time.
I get nervous with alterations, but I wanted to give this place a try. I got 4 of my dresses with lining altered and was able to get one rushed because I needed it for a work meeting. She was able to work with my schedule and did an excellent job with the alteration! I’m very happy with my dress and excited to see the other three dresses!

Absolutely love this place. It’s near by for me to drop things off anytime, always courteous and they remember me even by my name when I come in. I love that. It’s not cheap to get your clothes dry cleaned, but this place does such a great job that I don’t even care, cause I know my dresses will always look amazing after I pick them up. Thumbs up for this place. I recommend it to everyone who can appreciate a great job done on your precious clothes.

As far as the response I got, no, the clerk did not inform me that someone will call me about pricing. She clearly stated she was going to charge me $ 1 per pound and for 20 pounds that she weighed TWICE. If you were told that when you first come in for a quote, it should be honored because that is false advertising from your employee. As far as for the dog hair, I did not complain about that at all because I knew that wasn’t going to be completely gone and I knew just washing them won’t make them disappear. That is why I didn’t comment about the dog hair. What I did complain about was the clothes not smelling fresh. If you stated you washed them twice, why were the clothes still smelling like they were unwashed? That does not make any sense at all. Washing them twice would at least make them smell WASHED. They didn’t even smell like they had detergent in them! Train your employees correctly and run a more efficient business in your wash and fold, not just your dry cleaning. I will be making sure no one else comes here and as well as leaving a report to the BBB. And in your response, you shouldn’t reply and «try» to talk down on customers. Unilocal is for reviews and that is my personal opinion about how the clothes smelled. And how can you tell a customer to find a different place for services when I was willing to give another chance to give better stars. What kind of customer service is that? Horrible!

So I’ve been coming here a couple months to get all my uniforms and suits dry cleaned and didn’t pay too close attention to the work until I asked to have a stained removed.
I received my shirt back with the stain still on it. There was a tag marking the stain for removal but still nothing was done to remove it. When I asked the worker about it she told me the shirt would need to be dry cleaned again and I would have to leave it. I decided not to since I was in a rush.
A couple weeks later I drop off some dress shirts and a suit, and receive them back dirty still and just pressed. I asked the worker again about it and she stated I needed to request a different type of cleaning for them.
Now looking back I realized, my uniforms are returned with the pit stains and not clean. They are simply pressed!
Needless to say I’m over it.

Great service and reasonable prices. There has been one time when I went to pick up my clothes and they had a sign on the door that they were out delivering clothes and the time that they would be back… fortunately there’s a Starbucks nearby and I went to have a coffee and wait.

I have never posted on Unilocal but this warrants my first. This place is always closed, I have my shirts here that I wanted to wear for my bday and their closed again, it’s 10:50 no one here, if I s important to get your clothes for an important event don’t go here cause you’ll be let down every time

2 day turn around. They treat everyone like family. Great prices. Basically, they do nothing wrong.

Had five dress shirts done, received them in a timely manner and for fairly inexpensive price, but every shirt was pressed incorrectly on the shoulders so I had to iron it out when I got home. Also, all of my shirts were returned without the collar stays put back in which is really annoying because now my collars are floppy. Not sure if this is a normal thing but I brought my shirts in with nice plastic hangers and they returned the shirts with cheap wire hangers.

This place has the same quality service as more expensive ones. I walked into a shop and they dun did blasted me with a service cost of $ 17.95 for a man dress that I wore for 4 hours and I was like «Hot diggity darn!» while being coerced by my friend to pay it because she don’t know how to leave.
I reluctantly paid 18 dollars but then I came back for a refund cause that was too much and we Unilocaled this place and it was supa dupa cheap like $ 8.50 for a man dress which was less than half the price of the other station. This be swaggy as hell.

This place is detail oriented and clean. Customer service is impeccable and our clothes always come out looking great. I always get my slacks, jeans, dresses hemmed here and I love going to a place that gets it right. My fiancé also got his groom vest dry cleaned here and they did a thorough job.

Never really got anything dry cleaned. This was my first dry cleaning experience and it was nice and easy and my jacket was nice and clean!
The store looks very organized and clean as well which is a huge thing because I don’t want a dirty place to do my dry cleaning.

This place is so awesome! I needed a new dress to be hemmed right before I left for vacation and was worried that it wouldn’t be done in time. I brought it in on a Monday afternoon and it was ready by Wednesday evening.
So here’s the BEST part: the place closes at 7:00 pm, and I’m running late and was feeling really sad because I knew there would be no way I could get there in time to pick it up. I had a flight the next morning and had to leave before they even open the next day. So I call and explain my situation and I ask about their delivery options (which I remember seeing on their window when I dropped off the dress). The guy was super nice and understanding of my situation. He tells me he can deliver the dress to my house that night after they close! Fast forward an hour or two later and there he is at my house with the dress!
Thank you dry cleaning station! You are the best!

I am usually hesitant when it comes to trying out new dry cleaners as I have had many bad experiences in the past. In the past few months I’ve been searching for a convenient and trustworthy stop near our home.
The Dry Cleaning Station proved to be both. It located right off the freeway, making for an easy pick-​up during rush hour. I used them for the wash and fold which was satisfactory with a quick turn around time.
The loss of a star was for them not marketing or suggesting the delivery service (which would have been amazing at the time) that they have over a certain dollar amount. I’ll definitely be utilizing them for future services.

I should have been more specific when I wrote ‘double creases.’ There was the original one that should have been there, although, they were on average a good inch to the left or right of where they should have been, plus an extra crease all together halfway between that crease and the armpit… weird.
We never once had asked for a full refund, nor were we given one the first day of pick up, we merely asked for a discount because of our inconvenience. We were assured they would be done correctly when we dropped them off, and more than half weren’t. We now had to take more time and money (gas) out of another day to come back for their mistakes. I did a quick add up and merely asked for $ 3.25 off (less than the total of one shirt). At first she argued this, then offered $ 4.75 off (the full price of one shirt), $ 1.50 more than what I asked for and we thanked her over and over. We also thanked her, but said no thank you to the delivery service because we didn’t want to have to wait at home for the shirts, not knowing when they would arrive. She agreed with this. Yes, we left a little happier then when we first arrived and saw the mistakes. (Note: my add up was wrong and I didn’t subtract the $ 5 we had already been charged, and paid for, when we dropped the articles off the first time. So really, we ended up $.25 short lol)
We showed up earlier than we were supposed to the next day, because we were in the area, and yes forgot. We said no problem, smiled and said we would see them later! Unfortunately, as I said before, when we picked them up, they were still incorrect and two were worse than the first time. When we notice yet again and pointed it out to the man helping us, he began to say they would fix them. By this point, we were done and not surprisingly, we wanted our money back, just for the shirts (NOT the jackets because it was our bad for not noticing the mistakes while in the store) because they were still done incorrectly and now we had to take them to another place to have them done correctly. He ended up refunding us the $ 23.75 for the shirts, no more than what should have be refunded, and we left. (Again, we still ended $.25 out of the whole deal lol plus the jackets we had to take elsewhere as well).
I am sorry this owner wasn’t happy with my review, but that is what Unilocal is about. It is a review of the services and experiences of different businesses by the people that use them. Not everyone will be happy with services that others might be. And not everyone will speak up when they are not happy with the services provided. This was simply OUR experience. I always encourage others to come to their own conclusions and use Unilocal merely as a quick way to check out overall experiences to help in their search for specific businesses.

I was looking around for a place to get my suit dry cleaned, so with my trusty Unilocal app I found this place.
My regular place I would go to went out of business and I was in dire need of dry cleaning service. When I came here, it was not busy at all and was greeted with a smile and friendly service. The process didn’t take long to drop off my suit and dress shirt. The turn around time was very reasonable. It took about 3 business days to complete the dry cleaning process. I was in no rush to get my garments back.
When I came to pickup my garments, the friendliness and great service was consistent. My suit and shirt were nicely cleaned and pressed. This place is eco-​friendly for dry cleaning.
I most definitely will be back here for my dry cleaning needs!

Close and convient location. This place definitely caters to the business professional. They stay open later for the folks that commute back to the East bay. Service is prompt and punctual. Pricing is reasonable, but adds up for multiple garments that you bring. Then again I wait until I have substantial amount of garments that need dry cleaning. Give them a try and see what you think for yourself.

I found a sports jacket that I loved but the sleeves were a little too long. I bought it without thinking too much figuring I would have it altered. I had buyer’s remorse later since I was not sure where I could get it altered and how it was going to work.
Luckily, I found this spot. Super nice owners who did a clean job and they had a $ 3 off check in offer. Now the jacket looks like a boss!

I’m genuinely leery of dry cleaners because I’ve had a bunch of bad expiriences in the past however this place was wonderful. They’re on a busy street in a plaza that looks like it was recently developed and they’re neat and organized inside. You walk in and its fresh and clean which I appreciate. Also the help is quite friendly.
I dropped off 4 dresses and a sweater on monday and thursday I picked up all but one dress. The staff let me know that they wanted to go over a spot again to make sure it was clean and it would be ready on friday. No biggie as I wasn’t in a rush anyway. I haven’t picked up the final dress yet but I’m confident its fresh and clean like my other garments.
This place has been super easy to work with abd very pleasant. I’ll be back for all of my dry cleaning as long as I live locally.
