This review is long overdue. I purchased laminate flooring here about 5 years ago and am very happy with it. I have mine installed in the kitchen — no dents or moisture problems whatsoever with drops of pans and random spills. I also have a dog who runs all over the place with occasional long nails, no scratches. I’ve had ladders and chairs dragged around so loud it would make an awful noise — no scratches!
I remember the store had a display that had water continuously dispense water over a piece of laminate flooring, it was a bit like a fountain… anyways! They have it running all day just to show you how waterproof it is.
I bought the Inovar — Timber collection — a dark wood laminate for a great price; this stuff is made in Malaysia, so you know its made for humid weather, no an issue here in the bay area! I remember there were two thickness types for the «style» I chose, a thinner which allows for installation of radiant heating underneath, and the thicker. I chose the thicker. For the quality, it was cheaper than two other popular places I checked out at the time, Lumber Liquidators in Albanay and other one in San Leandro. I basically paid about ~$ 1 less per square foot here, than I would’ve at the other stores I checked out, for the quality and the dark wood style i liked, this was a no brainer for me, am really glad I found this place!
