Burger King

Went thru the drive thru at around 10 pm to grab some late night grub. Didnt have a whopper in a long time. Hit the spot. Service was ok.

Their burgers taste like ass. I hate this place.

This is not criticizing any one BurgerKing location. Only upper Management or Corporate. I have been trying for one (1) year now to have some closure on the digital app. they have. I have called them over and over again, even requesting for a Supervisor to return my calls, to no avail. This has got to be the worst Customer service I’ve ever experienced. I had put money on a so-​called Virtual card, but could never redeem it anywhere. They have made it that I can’t even Log-​in to their app. They don’t even deserve the (1) Star here.
I certainly would not recommend anyone to have to go through this and refrain from downloading this app.

If I could, I would give this place ZERO stars. BUGS and DIRTY EMPLOYEES!
Save your money and your health. DO NOT eat here. The place inside smells like sweat and curry. And I’m being dead serious. Not only do the employees not wear gloves, they do not clean their area.
I live about a block away from here (Garin Ave.) and have gone here as a last resort after work. My whopper patty was stale. As if they made it 5 days ago. The bread was also stale and the lettuce on the burger had a number of black spots. I definitely felt sick after seeing that.
Now, that’s not all… Sadly. My drink… How can someone mess up a drink? These guys do. After taking a couple sips… I realized my Coke tasted a little «funny.» So I popped the top off and saw that there was BUGS floating in my drink. BUGS… Little roaches… In my drink. After seeing this, I checked the rest of my order and saw that there was even more dead bugs in my bag.
Took my order back, even showed the bugs, but apparently none of the employees speak English and «no manager on duty.»
Overall: this place is absolutely HORRIBLE. The employees are dirty people who seem like they haven’t showered in weeks, the place and the food is filled with dirt and bugs. I recommend going a couple steps and ordering from Hoagy Steaks. Stay away from this place. I normally don’t do this, but I’m actually calling the CA health inspectors on this place for sure!

Burger King has a large prescene on this corner. can’t miss it. dining room average.

Service is regular and food usually takes a while. Also, there is always sketchy people hanging around.

I have been here multiple times and this place is garbage. I have had the manager himself hand me the wrong order in the past. I live across the street so they should be getting alot of business from me but I’d rather drive somewhere else!
This last time is only an example but it is the norm:
Ordered a spicey whopper and got literally 1 strip of bacon, barely any lettuce and the pickles were just a pile that one bite was all pickle and then none on the rest of the burger. No sauce, ketchup, anything to make the patty not taste like puke. They even put the end of the tomato on my burger as you can see in the picture I am attaching

We stopped by last Friday to get dinner. The total was $ 22, which seemed pretty high for an ultimate cheeseburger, whooper and 3 large onion rings. We decided we wouldn’t worry about it and check the receipt when we got home. Well, there was no receipt in the bag and when I checked the prices online discovered we were overcharged by at least $ 4. At first I thought maybe they thought we ordered meals and just forgot to give us the drinks, then I remembered that they didn’t even ask if we wanted a drink or what kind. I have no idea what were charged for but I do know we were ripped off.

I was given a cold cheeseburger after witnessing an outburst from one of their employees.
I ended up throwing away my purchase after considering the thought that with such professionalism displayed within the workplace that there’s the possibility of a Burger King employee spitting into my hamburger out of spite.

The whole restaurant smells like curry not burger King and they charged me 20 cents for courtesy water this is the first place I’ve been to that charged me for water not coming back.

I went into the restroom there and it was filthy and neglected. Hardly any soap in the dispenser and trash on the floor. Here’s the topper there was a roach on the floor! Never again!

What can I say. I walked in and nobody smiled at me for the first minute. Then I forged ahead and got closer to desk and one lady gave me a pale smile.
I ordered sundae then I asked her for water, she was looking at her computer screen and no response from her, didn’t even look me the eye. I asked again
«so can i get water?», she stares for a couple of seconds and goes «it’s gonna be ten cents.»
Yes they charge ten cents for tap water.
That’s it with customer service review and talking about food, it’s a chain.
So sandwich there would smell and taste just like sandwich in sf.

It’s Burger King, they make a good fast food burger, the service is par at best, but in a rush during a jam, you know what your gonna get and I’m cool with that!
The remodeling of the building is helping da Stack look a little more up to date and I’m really cool with that! Bonus!!! Haha!

I do not get to grab a yummy fast food treat to often and this was good. My food was hot and fast tasted good.
The parking lot to get in and out sucks. Chances are you are going to make a u-​turn at least once in here.

This place is on Mission and Industrial. Good place to make a late night snack run after going to the Dirty Bird Lounge. The person at the drive through was easy to understand and the sound system was good which is a big plus.

So I haven’t eaten at Burger King for more than 3 years now, ever since reading the book «Fast Food Nation» and hearing about their horrific treatment and conditions of their food. But I found my way back in here because I was starving and in need to use the restroom, and of course, this was the first decent place I found. So I guess this is a review for the bathroom (and the rest of the place too) haha.
I would give 2 stars for the cleanliness of the restrooms, because they looked like they haven’t been cleaned in a while, but everything was stocked. Plus, the whole BK looks like it’s been remodeled, giving it a fresh look. There’s a TV at one end, and the tables doesn’t make you want to wipe it down before sitting down. I think they also offer Wifi?
However, the service is a bit lacking; the person in front was terse and tried to avoid my gaze so that she wouldn’t have to answer my questions. They had a huge picture of the brownie sundae on the menu, so when I asked them about it, they didn’t tell me anything that I didn’t already know. So I decided not to get it.
The dollar menu portions aren’t that great of a value, just saying. I ordered the $ 1 side of onion rings, and they only gave me 6 literally ring-​sized onion rings. It’s ok for BK; it has definitely improved from the last time I went, but like always, still has a LOT of room for improvement. Typical fast food for you.

Ugh, why am I even admitting I bought «food» here? Because I care about you, my fellow Unilocalers. I’m writing this on my phone, sitting waiting in the drive thru. There’s a car behind me, so I’m stuck…

Shorted me on my change, Auntie working the drive thru tried to give me the wrong order THREE TIMES, and grumbled when I asked for ketchup. Eff this place! It’s hella sketchy too.

Management at BK sent this email to me which is totally bogus. How can my bank charge me $ 5.48 for using it at this BK? They’re so full of shit.

the most McDonald’s ever gets is two starts, this one gets 3 the food is decent, this BK is remodled, it would help if they had free WIFI or a view but it doesn’t. The restaurant is clean and the service is fairly slow… not like MCD’s I had to give this high ranks cuz it’s close to my house. If u need a place to grubb this is the place, great food at decent prices.

I went to the dirty bird and I was freaking starving afterwards. in the cold and rain nooo way I was going to survive the traffic all the way down to the central coast without dinner…
I was hesitant due to the review but this place wasn’t half bad at all. the drive thru was fast and the order was correct…
i am usually not a fan of BK but the fries were fresh and the burger didn’t taste like it had been chilling there for ages
