My driver was prompt, courteous, friendly and humorous. He was very attentive, my flight was late and so was the luggage. He greeted me, grabbed the heavy luggage and whisked me off to my destination out of the rain and cold. BWL is the best ride in town. They will be my go-​to Limo service whenever I travel. They denefintely should be yours too!

I had used Best Way Limo’s Party Bus (Land Yacht) for my birthday this past October 10^th, and am very delighted! First and foremost, they were willing to work with me on the price and took me seriously when I had reached out the first couple of times as I was still shopping. Although this was a referral, they were still willing to work with me and adjust the pricing with respect to how many people I had attending my party, and went over all of the options to make sure I have the best vehicle for what I was trying to do. I worked everything out, gave a deposit, and the bus had arrived on time (actually a little early) exactly where I had asked. Phil, who was the driver, was absolutely amazing! I know that hauling around 30 drunk ass people from 8PM-​4AM (which is when we got back) isn’t the best job for a lot of people and requires a lot of patience. He had plenty of that. He was a pleasure to talk to at every stop, and was (or at least really made it seem) like he was having a great time with us the whole time. He was very attentive as far as any clean up, melted ice, and the rest of the little details that make a big difference. We ended up needing an extra hour, and the price that he quoted us was exactly what we were charged. He was professional, friendly, and definitely made our party the best that it could have been. Big thank you Phil — and the rest of the team at Best Way Limo. Will definitely be keeping you guys in mind for NYE — and also as a referral to anyone else in my Network that can use a party bus or limos. 5-​Stars.

I was so happy and pleased with the limo service I received this past weekend! I have used Best Way Limos one time before and the experience then was fantastic! This last trip was for two birthday girls! The only problem is half of us got stuck in traffic and we were late for the limo pick up. An hour late! We were going wine tasting and only had the limo for four hours. Our driver, Alberto, was so sweet, he managed to get us to ALL three wineries in three hours! He helped us with expediting our trip in a speedy and still relaxing and enjoyable celebration!
I’m planning another trip in August, who am I going to call? BEST WAY LIMOS!

After having a horrible experience with Elite Limo in Concord/​Martinez (the worst experience of my life) I was very nervous about booking a Limo from a company that I had not used before. All the representatives I spoke to very extremely helpful and the owner assured me everything would be ok. The limo arrived on time and the driver Roberto was extremely nice to the kids and got them safely to the prom and back home. He even went in the back of Limo after the kids left to see if they had left anything behind and yes there was a wallet which he returned. The Limo was stocked with water and apple cider for the kids. The cost of the Limo was very reasonable. I am definitely going to be using their services going in the future and recommend their services. Thank you Rubal and Roberto. May

I recently used Best Way Limos for a business trip. In particular their 27 mini shuttle bus. Great communication from their office prior to the trip as well as during and after. The driver was professional and adapted quickly to the changes we threw at him, stayed over the original time, and was very courteous to all of the passengers.
The service was outstanding from start to finish!

I was really impress with the service they provided us. Not only price is very reasonable, the service is very professional. The van that seated 10 people is so spacious… that left plenty of rooms for luggages. The shuttle pick up and drop off drivers are really nice. The whole booking process is easy and within minutes, I’m signing the contract to confirm travel destinations. Thank you Adrianna for making things go sooooo smoothly.

My wife and I just used Best Way Limousines for our wedding. I have never seen such a quick response time from any company. This even included questions I had after we booked them. On the day of the wedding, they arrived on time, were friendly and accommodating. We would definitely use them again if we need a limo service!

We’ve been using this car service for several years, and they own a fleet of high-​end chauffering cars that are brand-​new. Our contact person is Carmen, who is friendly on the phone, kind, courteous, always willing to accommodate. She never makes any errors and is always willing to please the customer. They have excellent chauffeurs, too! Mr. Roberto and Mr. Sonny are superb drivers with utmost professionalism, always punctual. The cars maintained in tip-​top condition and clean /​polished inside & out. Highly recommended!

I would never recommend this company to anyone, it was completely awful.
We had a terrible time with our driver, he refused to drive us where we had originally planned. He said we needed to pay him extra gas money. Last time i took any kind of party bus or limo, you can go wherever you want. It was maybe a 10 minute drive anyway, the driver left at 11:30 when we had the bus till 2. After he left, people who had drank had no way of getting home, therefore driving while under the influence.
Please go somewhere else, it was not worth it at all. If you want to enjoy your evening do not use this company.

My husband and I used best way limo service for our wedding. This was our first time booking a limo service and Rubal made everything super easy. We looked at a few different limos in person and best way is definitely the way to go. Very professional looking and has really good rates.
The day of the event the driver called in advance and showed up early… both really good signs. The driver was dressed in a suit and opened the door for us at every stop. The ride was smooth amd limo was very clean.
This was one of the most important days of our lives and we are both extremely happy we picked best way. I wouldn’t use anybody else after such a great experience.

After looking through numerous websites and Unilocal reviews I booked an Escalade Limo at the recommendation from Rubal on the phone. A group of us from work were heading into SF from the east bay for dinner and drinks. We wanted to do the responsible thing so a limo was the best option for us. The limo arrived on time and the driver, Lamont, was well dressed and very friendly. The limo was a newer model and was in great shape with nice leather interior and a comfortable seating arrangement for all of us. The ride was soft enough for us to enjoy our drinks inside without spilling and the sound system included an iPod dock to play our own music or Pandora. The night went very well and I would definitely book with them again should another limo be needed.

I don’t leave reviews often but I wanted to let others know how unprofessional the owner of the company is. I can’t review the service because we never got that far. Over 1 ½ months ago I called to inquire about the Mini Coach Bus for our Christmas party. I called three different times and was told the same price and that the bus would include waters, soda and Champagne. I thought that was awesome it was included in the price. I booked the bus and was sent a conformation by email that clearly stats all the above beverages were included. I called yesterday two days before our party just to confirm what I could bring on the bus and the drinks included. The young girl that answered the phones said «sorry someone messed up; your bus does not include the drinks». I explained I had a written conformation that includes all the above items. Again she said sorry. By this point I was so pissed. Two days before the party and now no drinks. I asked to speak with the owner. He calls back and I was blown away with his response. He says the same the girl before said. I explained this was his company and their mistake and he wasn’t willing to help at all. Instead he says I can cancel the service. WOW, really? All he had to do was throw the drinks in the bus and apologize for the confusion. Instead he says we can bring what we want in ice chests or cancel the service. He was extremely unprofessional. The way he spoke shocked me that he was even a business owner. He was not very articulate. I hung up the call and told him I would call him back to let him know what we were going to do. I found another company that went above and beyond for us and has a nicer bigger bus for almost the same price. I told the owner of the new company what had happened and he said he has heard my complaint about Best Way Limo many times. I called Best Way back and cancelled our reservation. We will take our $ 800 and give it to a company that is helpful and professional.

Of the many various limousine companies in the Bay Area, I would highly recommend choosing another company.
We hired Best Way Limo for a Napa excursion based on their competitive pricing. We definitely got what we paid for…
When the driver showed up, he informed us that the limousine we paid for was broken down and would need to be switched out. We didn’t get what we asked for.
We were on the road about 45 minutes after we were scheduled to leave.
We ended up running about an hour over schedule, which we were more than happy to pay for.
What we weren’t prepared to deal with was the extra $ 130 dollars (another hour) the driver charged us for the time it took them to switch out their broken vehicle.
When we expressed our concern about the charge for the time the company took to switch out vehicles, they were unreasonable, combative and ignorant to any negligence on their part.
Additionally, setting up the various stops through the company was tasking and their level of professionalism was lacking.
There are simply too many limo companies in the immediate in the Bay Area to go with a company like Best Way that will nickel and dime you like this.
Do yourself a favor and stay away from this company when considering limo transportation.

I’ve never been the point of contact to arrange a whole excursion via limousine, so this is my first experience.
I wanted to do something special for my birthday, and I called around for limousine quotes to take us from East Bay to Sonoma. A lot of the places were pricier, but then Best Way Limousine gave me a pretty good quote for a large party, and I decided to go with it. At the time of booking, I asked whether or not I had to give a deposit, and they said no – nothing would be charged if I cancelled at least 3 days before my reservation. Thus, I agreed to book the limousine.
Come a week after, of course 6 of my friends suddenly decide they couldn’t go after committing. I call to cancel, and Best Way tells me I would lose ¹⁄₃ of the reservation as a deposit. I protested that I was told otherwise, but they didn’t budge. They offered me to downgrade to another vehicle for the same price per person. The manager, not very nicely, tells me I have «no choice but to downgrade» (verbatim), so I do just that, albeit rather reluctantly because I was misled when I booked the vehicle.
The driver arrives 10 minutes ahead of schedule, which was wonderful. He was very nice, friendly, and didn’t get lost at any of the destinations. The car had iPod adapter, 20 glasses for us, and 2 champagne bottles.
All in all, we had a wonderful (and semi-​forgettable, thanks to the wine + alcohol) day. Unfortunately, a few of us had too much fun, and one of the passengers left just how much fun he had on the car window. Also, the champagne flutes were very delicate so we broke quite a few of them.
The manager calls me the next day to let me know that they will be collecting fees for damages. Understandable — someone vomitted, we broke a bunch of glasses, a contract is a contract. The manager forwarded me the evidence of the pictures and in my opinion, it wasn’t a significant amount to have taken it to the car wash. I could have wiped it off with a lysol wipe. However, he was ranting about how disgusting it was, how much of it there was, etc etc. Honestly, the pictures weren’t that bad (especially if you compare it to house parties in college). He explains that they were charging me less than what other limo companies would charge us for the damages. I’m not sure about this, as this was my first experience, so I cannot comment.
I didn’t particularly like the way he talked about my friends («animals!»), as we were all paying customers. Surely damages are just part of the job when you are in this line of business?
However, I do want to be fair in my review. Customer service from the management aside, I do think the rates we were given (sans damage fees) were quite reasonable. The driver was extremely friendly, and great to work with. If you are reading this review and planning to head to wine country with a large party for wine tasting, I would recommend bringing plastic bags and plastic cups to avoid any damage fees that may be incurred.

I just used this company today to transport 36 teenagers to gorge themselves on ice cream, not an easy task. I of course waited until the very last minute to book the party bus and was so thrilled by how helpful BEST WAY was on the phone. The day of the event they arrived 15 minutes early. The bus was very clean and very cool. The kids were super excited about all the lights and the radio.
I 100% recommend this company. As an adult I appreciated the customer service and professionalism of the staff and the quality of the bus. As a kid, the awe of the interior, was enough to impress any teenager. I had students walking to class begging to take a look inside.

I called this limo company in a time of crisis, they literally bent over backwards to get the driver there on time! Couldn’t say enough good things about the team and will happily use them again whenever possible. If you need an airport shuttle, these guys are the best around!

I needed a car service to the airport last minute and super early the next day. I called many places and these guys had I nice sedan, took the CC# over the phone, picked me up and drove me there. It was so early that I was grateful he wasn’t chatty. I plan to use them for all my business travels.

They are truly 5 stars without a doubt.
Very professional, they have the best cars in the business, and they are dedicated to service. If you are looking for a pro to handle your special event, leave it to the team to make your event memorable.
I had rented their Land Yacht that has 4 TV’s and a bathroom, this thing was beautiful! It was worth every penny and the driver was very courteous.
I will definitely use them again!

I hired Best Way for my wife’s birthday as a surprise on very short notice (Friday night). It proved to be a great decision. Our entire family had a wonderful time and a one of a kind experience. The driver arrived a little early to pick us up in Walnut Creek. He had already mapped out our adventure for a night in San Francisco. We all had a wonderful time and I would highly recommend Best Way! It would be great for 3 couples for wine tasting or just dinner/​dancing around the Bay! Have fun!

My husband was invited on a wine tour through one of his work vendors. They rented the big Party Bus for a group to go and tour Livermore’s wine country.
The Bus was clean and spacious and came complete with a stripper pole and extremely loud stereo system. Make your own play list cd. There was no IPod hook up.
Our first song to start the day off was Eye of the Tiger. I didn’t make the play list, trust me. I’m a Lou Reed stare at the bottom of my glass kind of play list drinker. Not a Brittany Spears remix kind of drinker.
As the tour continued so did the debauchery. Stripper pole swinging and hanging from the ceiling hand holds was happening. Only to the dismay of the driver, who at one point pulled over to scold those who were hanging from the «rafters».
My husband and I were behaving very well. For all involved I thankfully don’t like wine. Otherwise, I would have been dancing like a fool.
We toured around to 3 wineries and then everyone else on the Bus wanted to just drive around dancing. I was ready to be off the bus at this point but everyone else was having fun.
A few things noted are, there was no IPod hook up like I said. There was no regular plug either. I needed to «pump» at some point during the day and I couldn’t. The driver also said he wished there was an electric outlet also so he could use his laptop while the customers were in the winery.
The speakers get very, very loud. I wished that I had ear plugs at the end. It was to loud
Our driver kept the bus clean at every stop. Someone on our bus spilled pre mixed Margarita and the floor was so sticky and gross. It helped to stick your shoes to the bus floor while moving around. The driver did a great job cleaning it up.
At the end we said thank you and that I had a great time. Some people on our bus was not happy with the treatment of the driver. I was very happy but maybe because I wasn’t fall over drunk. Actually, I only had 3 glasses of Champagne. Shocking!
I would use this company if I needed a car service. They are kind of out of the way from where live but I would definitely get a price quote from them for future events. I was spoiled by my last limo company I used so this one has a tall order.
I was happy and impressed. Great job keeping everyone safe unfortunately everyone else made me insane and deaf by the end of it.
