Technicians were very friendly. Giving us honest suggestion when our dishwasher was broken. I would highly recommend their service.

I called William at BA Appliance for help with my 20 year old JennAir oven. JennAir told me that parts were no longer available for this model. William sent Mario and a helper on over and he was able to trouble-​shoot down to the sub-​component level, and bypass the cook-​temp circuit that I wasn’t using, and which was the source of the problem. Now I’m 100% back up and running — without buying a single part. Additionally, William told me he’d include a follow up visit at no charge to install a replacement oven seal gasket that I ordered myself. It’s great to find fair and capable local support. BA Appliance is definitely on my A-​List for future repairs.

Very knowledgeable. Said they would come in an hour of calling, and actually showed up on time. In 30 minutes, they were done diagnosing what was wrong with our dishwasher. Turned out the panel had to be changed, but they left us with a tip on how we could have it running until we got our new panel shipped. All this for $ 45. Could not have been happier!

William and team are awesome! My dad actually found him on craigslist and I’m so happy we did. I was having issues with my microwave where every so often I would get an error message say «panel shorted». I thought this might mean changing the entire panel which would have easily cost $ 200+ for just the part.
Well William came and checked things out and turned out some wires were just loose! He could have easily charged a fortune but he didn’t. He charged $ 20 for the service call + $ 20 for the repair. Not bad at all :)
I highly recommend William and team for all your repair needs. He has excellent customer service and is very thorough in his work.

These guys are AWESOME! They have come to my home 2 times and have repaired 3 different appliances. My dryer, washer and the broiler on our old O’Keefe and Merritt stove. The last time they came they worked on my front loading washer. Instead of just changing the drain pump for a new one, which they could have, they fixed it and just charged me for their labor. They also have a good warranty on their work. They work fast, clean and are very affordable. I am recommending this company to all of my friends and family.

I called them last week and they came out and fixed my oven the next day! They were professional, courteous and knowledgable in their trade! Not to mention very affordable! I am definitely going to use them again!

William is absolutely wonderful to work with! My dryer stopped working and no-​one could figure out what was wrong and he came in and took everything apart meticulously and figured out what was wrong. It was the main wire harness that was causing the problem, so we ordered new part.
When we got the part, he came again with very short notice and replaced the entire harness. Even after replacing the harness, dryer wasn’t starting in the first try. And instead of giving up hope he opened dryer again for troubleshooting and found the problem and fixed it.
On the same night, I thought dryer was not heating, so I messaged him in the night and he called right away at 10.30 PM and said he’ll stop by next day to check. He stopped by next day and confirmed that there was no problem at all. It was problem with me ;-) as I was not putting enough load in the dryer. This shows that he cares for his customer and is available for help even after issue is resolved.
I was very much impressed with his professionalism, his knowledge and courtesy.

I didn’t receive service from this company but I felt the customer service was great. My stove would not come on. Instead of them coming out and charging me, they suggested I check my fuse box and sure enough, that’s what it was. Big thank you to them for thinking about the customer, which you rarely see!

The warranty on my washer just expired and I found this company through a friend. The service was excellent and they were very professional. I haven’t had a problem with washer since! Great job guys! Thank you!

Efficient and fast, had a good experience with the service. One of our washers was not working in our laundry facility, they came out the same day and wasted no time to fix the problem. Since they were there, I also had them look at other problems I had with other units. They fixed a stove that was making a strange noise, a dishwasher that was not draining correctly, a freezer that was not getting cold, and also cleaned our dryer vents all in the same day. It’s hard to come by great service and B.A. Appliance Repair is great service. We had an issue with our water heater and they came out and took care of the problem quickly and efficiently!
