Fantastic service! I was rear-​ended and had to get my car’s bumper replaced. This shop really lived up to the good ratings I had seen on Unilocal before I went; everyone was very nice, I received regular updates while my car was in the shop, and they answered all of my questions about the parts being ordered. The new bumper looks fantastic, but best part of the experience was how clean the interior of my car was. My car hasn’t been this spotless since I bought it! I keep a tidy car to begin with, but it had been vacuumed and wiped down, and there wasn’t even a speck of dust. What did they use to get rid of the dust? I was impressed by the work on my car and on the service provided. Thanks again!

This place is really great. They do a really good job and they are fast too. They also consider customer service to be really important as it should be. I had work early in the morning and end work after they close, but they waited for me to get off work after they close to pick up my car and everything. They are really knowledgeable in their fields. I would come back if anything happens to my car again.

I appreciate the updates that were sent via text messages. Conveniently located onsite was an Enterprise car rental which made the process even easier. I would highly recommend this place =)

Our Acura had a fender bender, but yet needed a bit of professional work. When my insurance company asked me to choose a body shop, I have no hesitation in selecting ACC Hayward due to feedback I got from a friend.
The vehicle was to be estimated to be delivered in few days time after the work, but it was delivered on the same day. The service, timing and quality of the job was excellent and overall the experience was nice and pleasant.

I’ve taken my Audi to Automobile Collision Center twice. Both times they did great work, provided excellent customer service, and had my car ready for pickup sooner than I expected.
The first time I took my car in, the rear bumper was damaged so bad it had to be replaced. The new bumper’s paint matched the color of my car perfectly and the places where the bumper connects the to car were seamless. The second time I took my car in, the rear bumper had to be buffed out and a tail light replaced. Again, flawless work.
The staff was professional and friendly. They explained the repair process, asked which form of communication I preferred to be updated by, and kept me updated every step of the way.
The work was done sooner than I planned on picking the car up. They offered to stay open later to accommodate me and when I said I would pick my car up the next day, they said they would detail it again since it might get dirty overnight.
Overall, the repair process was quick, the staff was pleasant to work with, and my car looked great in the end.

I’ve been using the automobile collision center for years. Being in the bay area, I have plenty of opportunities to get my car damaged. So, I usually need to take my car to the body shop at least once a year. Typically, insurance companies are involved so that the price isn’t a big concern. This is the first time I’ve used their service without an insurance company involved (because the repair cost was below my deductible). I was pleased with the price and the same quality of service as when I use my insurance. I will stick with the automobile collision center.

Excellent! The best customer service and great work. The manager made me feel like everything will be ok. The work was done quickly and impeccable. I would recommend this shop to all my family and friends.

Great communication from start to finish. They gave me an estimate time and finished when expected. They made sure they explained the work done when I picked up my car. With work guaranteed, I will always have peace of mind. I highly recommend these guys.

Whenever you need to take your car to a mechanic you hope they do a good job and aren’t ripping you off. These guys are amazing! They explain everything in detail, give you excellent advice and aren’t trying to dig into your pocket. Their service is simply the best! Don’t worry about a thing, just take your car there and have them service it, you will be very happy you did.

I have GEICO insurance and they told me about this repair center.
I decided to have Automobile Collision Center repair my car.
I must admit, everything was very efficient including the on-​site rental car agent.
No problems, I was very happy with the work.

POOR customer service, people don’t know what is going on within their own company. The other Unilocalers talking about being pushed back after being giving a completion date are 100% correct!
My car was supposed to be done within a week, two weeks later, I get continual text messages of the date being pushed out. Why? I had to call. Then I get the «Oh, some things were delayed»…
Then I was told days later «We are kind of backed up». Well if you are backed up, why do you just accept a car and then tell folks, «It’s no problem having it done next week». I called our insurance company who escalated this to the General Manager as the Manager (Rito) was about as unhelpful as the come and did nothing to get the car done on time. He just didn’t seem to care.
After escalating to my insurance company, the General Manager was very nice and apologetic. He assured me my vehicle would be done on time with the new date that was 5 days later than it was supposed to be already, and it did get done finally. But here is the real kicker.
Rito pushed me to get the paint blended across the area where a door was replaced which was a lot more money. He said it wouldn’t be exact (and I told him I realized this but very close is good enough and if you can see a slight difference it would not be a big deal) but they would do their best. When I came to get the car, I could tell it was slightly different (but just very slightly and if I never told you, you wouldn’t notice) because it’s new paint compared to the existing paint. I expected this, and it wasn’t an issue.
However, Rito commented «It’s so obvious, I wouldn’t be happy with it, it doesn’t look good in my opinion». Other people were with me and also observed his demeanor and were surprised this was a manager making comments like that.
Bottom Line: There was excuse after excuse as to delays, and then in the end knowing they have a manager that isn’t helpful when he should of stepped up and got this addressed without a customer having to escalate to the General Manager just turns me off.
CUSTOMER SERVICE IS #1 people… NEVER FORGET THAT!
This was completely lacking at Automobile Collision Center in Hayward.
I went here because of all the 5 star reviews but every once in a while, I guess you’re the one who gets the bad experience. The General Manager said they got overwhelmed of course the day I dropped of my car, but regardless you need to have a process in place so this doesn’t happen to customers. Because I said we would be gone two weeks, my car was left to sit figuring it was only a 4 – 5 day job. That was the big mistake made here as well as the poor communication and a manager who didn’t appear to really care and certainly was not proactive.

The back bumper of my VW Golf was unfortunately hit and damaged in a parking lot about a month ago. Geico Insurance set up an appointment for me with these guys to have the body and paint work done. They took my baby in and made sure my car was in good hands. They would send a text message everyday letting me know what process they were in to assure the job would be completed on time. I had no concerns or worries during the entire service. When I finally got my car back she was all brand new again (atleast from behind, haha) They even vacuumed the inside! Definitely would recommend this place to friends, family and fellow Unilocalers.

This place is the best. They were very helpful and fast. Best customer service. This is a one stop shop.

Our Geico insurance agent referred us to the Auto Collision Center when someone hit our Lexus while parked in a lot. They were very nice, kept us informed throughout the repair process and even had car rental services available on site! The repairs are amazing. You can’t even tell it had ever been hit. Thank you!

I am extremely satisfied and impressed with the quality and timely manner in which my Mazda was repaired. My car was repaired and painted in 3 days; and my car looks great. Geico was very responsive to my claim and had a rental car ready for me at ACC. I picked up my vehicle cleaner than I had dropped it off to Automobile Collision Center. My car, unexpectedly, received a wash and vacuum from ACC. I also appreciated the email updates regarding the repair progress of my car.
ACC’s work is excellent and I will return in the future, if needed.

I just had my Mazda fixed here, the job was completed within 48 hours very friendly organized and efficient, as well I was informed every step of the way by text message, isn’t this cool !!! no need to talk to no body, the appointment was scheduled by geico also did get the rental car very quick in and out in 25 minutes.
The car is in perfect condition, could not be happier with the job that was accomplished.

These guys were great fixed our broken window, removed all the glass from the car and repainted the scratched up doors on our Mini Cooper. They kept us updated on the status as the car was being fixed.
They even waited for us to arrive late (after closing). Two Thumbs up :) are mini looks brand new.
