ASAP Mobile Notary Service was established in 2006 by Luz Angelica Nino tax-​preparer, Notary Public and Loan Signing Agent who always cared for the satisfaction of their customers and that is why the idea to expand its services as a Mobile Notary to those who had difficulty with their schedules.

I am originally from Colombia but I have been in this wonderful country, based in Hayward CA, for twelve years.

After settle down and work hard as an employee, I decided to return to my dream of having my own business where have economic independence and flexibility time to spend with my family were the most important goals.

Besides being a mom and wife I am a very entrepreneurial, creative and organized, that’s why I made a research about the best professional field where I could use my skills, enjoy and best of all gain profits.

That’s why I decided to put together my previous education as a BA with my certification as Notary public to build my own business.
