Dr. Gore was great, but his front desk staff is r-​u-​d-​e!
The lady (Jeani, I think) was great and made our daughter’s first pair of specs. I was a patient there & took our daughter for her glasses, but too many instances of attitude & when you go in near closing time, forget it. they want you out! It is a little pricey. was willing to pay the money if we were treated better by the staff.

I am so happy with Dr. Gore, Jeani & staff that I still come here, despite moving to Woodbridge! They are so friendly, knowledgeable and as before, awesome! I am always fascinated watching Jeani doing her thing in finding the perfect frames for each customer. She is a true master! 2 thumbs up from «Brenda!» ;)

Dr. Gore and his staff are ALWAYS friendly! Dr Gore has a way to explain things about my eyes, that make it simple for a regular person to understand. You never feel like he is an a rush to get rid of you to get next patient in. Jenny is one of the staff members that helps me with my glasses selection, and she totally ROCKS, she is patient and knows what looks good and what doesn’t, she is not pushy and her patience has no end. Thank you Dr Gore and your wonderful staff!

Went to this office and saw Dr. Jarvis. She was fantastic! She had great advice but didn’t try to reinvent to wheel. I’ve had so many eye doctors try to change my contacts or eye care treatment– and I always end up back where I am. Not the case here. I definitely found my eye care home.
Oh, and shout out to the front staff! They spent so much time with me looking over my insurance making sure I got the best bang for my buck! They all were so very nice!

Time for an update…
I went in last week for my eye exam. I knew my eyesight has recently gotten worse, so I was ready to get my eyes checked and get a stronger lens prescription.
As usual, Dr. Gore and staff were personable and Dr. Gore and Jeani were authoritative and reassuring in a good way.
After my initial exam, Dr. Gore applied some eye drops to dilate my eyes, then we waiting a bit before he re-​tested me.
Based on the results, I needed a slight stronger prescription. Jeani walked me though the process. So I’ve got a new pair of eyeglasses and I just dropped off my prescription polarized sunglasses to Jeani for the same lens prescription upgrade.
I can’t say enough good things about Dr. Gore, Jeani, and staff!
