Rockstars! Called and had someone at my house in 30 minutes. problem solved. Technician was knowledgeable and efficient. Price was very fair. Have used them 3 times and would refer anyone to them. One of the few companies I have dealt with from a service perspective I can say this about. Don’t often write reviews but they deserve it!

If you’re in need of dependable people and reliable HVAC services, do yourself a favor and call COTC. Robert went out of his way to help me outside of business hours and thanks to him, my A/​C was back up and running within an hour! I fully endorse this company and will continue to recommend them to all my friends.

This is the second time I’ve used COTC and the second time I’ve been 110% satisfied. I called first thing on Friday morning and they had two technicians here ASAP. Both Tech’s were friendly, completely explained what was wrong and had my system problem diagnosed in 15 minutes with an exact cost to replace the parts and repair. 15 minutes later the A/​C was working again blowing cold air. I was also having an issue with programming my WiFi thermostat, which they took the time to program and explain to me with no additional charge.
You do not see many business run the way COTC is run nowadays. As unfortunate as it is to have A/​C — Heat problems, I know when I call COTC that I’m in good hands and will be taken care of at a reasonable cost, in a professional manner and the job is done right.
Once again I would give COTC 6 out of 5 stars if I could. A++++++
