Our office specializes in orthodontics. We offer standard & ceramic braces by using the latest state of the art technology. At Advanced Orthodontics, we use In-​Ovation-​R & In-​Ovation-​C self-​ligating brackets as our standard for braces. In addition, we also offer Invisalign, the clear way to straighten teeth. We use digital x-​rays and computerized analyses to aid in an accurate diagnosis. The use of this technology not only offers a tremendous reduction in radiation but it also allows our doctors to communicate in a timely & accurate fashion with the patient, the patients’ general dentist and other specialists.

Dr. Paul J. Brosnan & Dr. Dennis P. Pryor both have seperate practices & over 20 years of experience, successfully teamed up to provide orthodontic care to the local area and surrounding cities.

Business Owner

Dr. Brosnan received his Bachelor of Arts Degree from Columbia University and his Dental and Orthodontic Degrees from Boston University. He completed a one year General Dentistry Residency at Beth Israel Hospital in Boston. Dr. Brosnan practiced general dentistry for four years prior to his orthodontic training. Dr. Brosnan is a former dental officer in the US Air Force Dental Corps, a retiree from the US Air Force Reserve. During his military career Dr. Brosnan has served as consultant in orthodontics to Walter Reed Army Hospital, the US Naval Hospital at Bethesda, and regional consultant to the USAF Surgeon General. Dr. Brosnan began his private practice in Burke, Virginia in 1990.
