What a great find! Ever since I found this dessert spot that is only a 2 minute drive from where I work, I made it my mission to stop by for lunch. There’s limited parking in the front but a huge lot in the back so I’d imagine parking is never an issue here. They have other things on their menu but I was there for the yogurt so I didn’t even bother reading up on the other things. I opted for a small tropical yogurt with coconut, trail nuts, and granol as my toppings(50 cents extra for the third topping). The small is HUGE! I probably will never get the larger sizes because you shouldn’t have that much yogurt in one day but hey they have a medium and a large(to each their own!). It was good. Like good. I was really impressed. So very impressed. The only thing holding me back from giving this place a 5 is the lack of information they have about their product. They claim to make their yogurt but does that mean they make the actual yogurt or they just mix things in to yogurt they buy? If someone knows, please let me know I really am curious! I also have doubts about how«healthy» the yogurts is because they taste as if there’s plenty of sugar/fruit juice added and very sure they use canned pineapples. The idea of yogurt can be misleading but I would categorize it to be more of a dessert rather than a healthy snack! Anyway, those are just side note things I have about the place because I really am interested about their product. Just because I have some questions about the place doesn’t mean I don’t love it! Again, I think the yogurt was delicious and I definitely will be coming back again to try their other yogurt options and the strawberries and cream!!!

Yogi’s Yogurt is good! I’ve only tried their yogurts but there’s actually a lot more things in the store! They even have juices and coffee. And raspados! I don’t think you can get raspados anywhere else in Hawthorne. Oh, there is also ice cream and milkshakes! The yogurts I’ve tried is their Tropical and Ambrosia ones. Both are good. I like them because you can add toppings to them. I add the almond toppings and it goes great with both. It adds a nice crunch to the yogurts!

This place is always busy but i can understand why the locals frequent this place. I often find myself craving this fresh made yogurt that is made with fresh fruit. I enjoy the plain yogurt with strawberries, peaches, mangos, apples and grapes then always top it off with slivered almonds and grated coconut. It is a great low sugar substitution for any other dessert. They also have other flavors of yogurt, banana splits, smoothies, and fresh juice drinks.

Love getting the fruit yogurts they have here. Very delicious and always fresh. The bionicos are soo good I love the crema they used. Their raspado are tasty as well. The welcoming feeling you get walking in the place is not the friendliest, there’s usually only one person sometimes 2 but It’s rarely. The one downside about this place is that recently they no longer take CC is CASHONLY which is an inconvenience for myself that I hardly ever carry cash. But I definitely recommend this place, they have other goodies too. Pan dulce and different candies and more.

I’m planning on going here tonight but I need to know if the raspados are made with juice as a topping or with the creamy milky type of shaved ice. Thanks.

This place really is spectacular. I crave their Bionicos almost every single week. They usually have some already prepared with their choice of fruit but I like the BYO option instead. I usually get apples, grapes, strawberries and mangos(if available) and for toppings almonds, granola and maybe raisins depending on how I feel. They also have sprinkles(chocolate or rainbow) or coconut shavings but i like my build better :) only downside to this place is that it’s CASH only! Yea yeah here it says they take card but when you walk in you see a sign at their store that says cash only haha. Overall I love it!

Chamoyada was the best thing I’ve had since I’ve moved here from Texas. And the mangonada is on point, although it’s not as snowy as the places I’ve frequented back home, it does the job. Didn’t try any of the yogurt but I’ll probably be back for it another time since it’s close to home. It’s cash only so I have to pull out cash when I visit, which is a little annoying, but I’ve learned to deal with small shops like these. I heard they weren’t nice to non Spanish speakers but the guys behind the counter weren’t rude or anything, and quite frankly, I’ve had worse at expensive restaurants. I wish people would dig their knickers out of their bums and stop being babies. Read the menu, don’t ask stupid questions because they’re all pretty self explanatory(the menu board has all ingredients listed), pay, and get out. It does get crowded, and like I said, the shop is TINY. Prices weren’t bad either. Other raspado places charged me like $ 6 for a tiny 8oz cup. A small here is 16oz. It was under $ 4. Is this a start of a great relationship? Yes. Yes indeedy… Now to pull out more cash… They’re gonna break me before the end of the week.

Yogis is great. Perfect place for tostilocos! It’s hard to find a good hole in the wall place like this… the prices are decent and the menu is big. The employe didn’t speak much English but he tried his best and was very friendly. Yogis is a go!

So incredibly good! I was staying a couple miles away and wanted frozen yogurt – Unilocaled it-Yogi’s came up. I almost didn’t go in because of location and construction, but so glad I did. While they didn’t have frozen yogurt, they did have bionicos… AMAZING. So good. I wish I’d gotten more! The guy working was very friendly and helpful too! Loved it!

On my December trip to LA, I Unilocaled«mangonadas» and Yogi’s Yogurt showed up as one of the options. My best friend and I tried the place and had a good experience. I got the mangonada and she tried the chamoyada(which I took a sip and fell in love with). So it was a no brainer that we would return on our visit in March. Unfortunately, we did not have the same positive experience. The second time around, the owners were extremely rude and ignored us– focusing only on customers that spoke Spanish. Even the drinks this time, lacked quality. The chamoyada didn’t even taste like it did 3 months ago. What was once a refreshing cool drink packed with spice and citrus goodness was reduced to a mediocre imitation. In the end, Yogi’s Yogurt was a big let down and we will most definitely, not be coming back.

Its always delicious here. Traditional mexican fruit treats. So delicious and always fresh. In addition, it is always clean which is also a priority. They also have«raspados» mexican shaved ice cones with variohs flavor like Tamarind, vanilla, chile with lime and much more. In addition to their fresh juices like carrot and orange juice, beets etc etc. great place

So I went here today after reading all the rave reviews on Unilocal and I have to agree that the yogurt here is pretty darn amazing. Yes the service can be slow but hey when it’s only one lady behind the counter what do you expect? You shaddup and wait your turn. Her English is limited but she has a pretty sweet demeanor and tries her best to understand your bad Spanish. I was lucky to encounter another customer who was willing to break it down for me a bit being that I wasn’t familiar. The yogurt mixed with all that fruit was amazing. I also picked up the bionicos and that too was amazing. It’s street parking and a bit hard to see so drive slow!
