Workforce Computer Training

Worked with Alva for a couple of years now approximately every 6 weeks for further training at my company. She has always gotten good reviews from her students and we fully appreciate the effort she places on helping the students in any way needed. Alva ended up helping not only our IS department training but some of our HR training started as a result of employee reviews of her service. Our company will continue to work with Alva for a long term and we have no hesitation on calling her for assistance.

Our company contracted WCT trainer and services to provide advanced Microsoft classes, Excel, Access, and Project Management. We’ve had one-​day trainings before, but they were never at the level and caliber of WCT. The trainer was savvy and can answer any question. The classes were adjusted to meet our needs. We were given the fundamentals for our level, and the lessons and exercises that were «real world» and relevant to our work. WCT will be our official trainers and workforce development expert.

WCL Company wants to thank Workforce Computer Training for an excellent job! We did our training in groups but it was hands on so everyone got the attention they needed when facing difficult and/​or detailed training. I would highly reccommend them for any Computer training project.

Our company had an onsite trainer come into our office for several days and offered classes to all employees from Word, Excel, Advanced Excel technique, advanced outlook and even Access. I was really surprised how many people in our office thought they knew how to use these programs but soon found out they didnt know even to truly be effective. After one class, nearly all of my colleagues and superiors came to all of the other classes. Word is we have asked her to come back for more training
Our instructor, Alva Santiago, was amazing. She speaks like a human and not like some professor reading a book. Very personable and wants to know how we use applications in our daily work life so she can gear the discussion towards what will provide the most benefit to us. I look forward to doing more work with her.
