After a Dot​.Com lay-​off at a large corporation, where he worked his way up to Network Engineer, Manny saw the lack of IT support small and medium businesses experienced. I was looking for a company that would come to me and fix my home computer. I found Truelink Solutions on line and gave them a call. Their Tech came to my home and was a very friendly person to deal with. Very professional and his price was more then reasonable compared to all the other companies I’ve tried. We have a small business and were constantly battling computer and internet connection issues at our office. After having Manny from Truelink Solutions reconfigure and clean up our system, we rarely have major computer problems any longer. Now, if one of the desktops is running slow or if we get a virus, we call Manny and he takes care of our issue promptly. He understands that having the computer system running is vital to any business. Manny has over 15 years of experience and he even came over to my home and got our wireless network working with our kid’s PS3, PED (personal electronic devices) and laptops. We now consult with Manny on all of our new computer purchases. It is very nice to receive such personalized and professional service, an old tradition that is dying with the advent of modern chain stores.
