The guy was late and did not call that he was running late but when he came, he went to work fast and did a good job. He also gave me the part (that was not part of the original quote) for free. A few weeks later, I went to their location to get extra copies of the new keys and the guy who worked there remembered me and that they were late (without me mentioning it) and he did not charge me for the extra keys.

I went here yesterday to get a very old key copied. I had been to 2 places before, including home depot, and they couldn’t do it. I gave the guy the key and in 2 minutes he was done and it works great! Thank you!

The staff were inconsiderate, did not care about quoting inaccurate delivery dates, did not hear from them for 10 days. They said they would call me when the product arrived and did not do so. Very poor customer service. I was told that we were not their number one priority; they had other «problems» to deal with. Would never deal with them again.
