My rating is based on the customer service not the candy. Never tried their candy. I guess they do not check their emails from their web site. I sent an email asking if they carried certain items and several other questions but no one ever got back to me. I’m sure their candy is good based on the other reviews but they lost my business due to poor customer service. Why have an contact email on your web site if you’re not going to check it or reply back. Off to Krause’s.

Cozy shop in the heart of town. Chocolate was well made. Shop offered a creative mixture of seasonal sweets along with all the standard pre-​made choices. Fresh dipped raspberries & blueberries were delicious & worth the ride!
