I would like to recognize three employees
Ebert, Rosa, Yasmin, for great service I been at this location about 4 times now in the last 2 week because I have job training and every time I’m was happy with the service keep up the good work!

Great service got food in and out now. They have the best biscuit and cole slaw and always warm chicken and fast service I’ve had bad experience but this one made it all up. I’ll stick to this kfc as mi regular once week chicken place

Slow /​bad customer service. Waited 15 min just to order something and the lady tells me it won’t be ready until 20−25min. No thank you

Havent seen kfc so clean and even the manager was cleaning first time i see that at fast food joint

⁷⁄₁₉ They did it again. Ordered a veggie burrito with beans and ended up with a chicken burrito. I will continue to post reviews of the horrible service. This has got to stop.

This is my local KFC and I’m very disappointed with their management. Can’t they get one of their workers to keep the dining area clean? Totally gross, since I know they have the man power to keep it clean. The food is the basic KFC food they have everywhere. They need to start hiring workers with better attitudes and work ethic.
There’s plenty of parking. The bullet proof glass is unnecessary. There’s a McDonald’s and Pollo Loco down the street and they don’t have the glass.

Where’s my cookie?! I ordered that 5dollar fill up and hour ago deeply excited that I would be able to eat a chocolate chip cookie at any moment of my meal… I’ve been seeing the commercial all week during my hulu marathon… then I get home, open up the greasy box that has magically opened a hole through itself to find!!! the lack of chocolate chip cookie… I then researched a tad bit just to make sure I didn’t order incorrectly… and found that THEY ALL COME WITH A CHOCOLATE CHIP COOKIE!!! Angered, I write this review. God damn it lameos.

Rosa told me she was going to fix my order and she lied Armando gave me the wrong order they suck go to another KFC, I recorded rosa being rude to me on camera.

They don’t even deserve a 1 star. The employees are so rude. I don’t know why they working there if they are gonna be like that. The lady at the counter was very aggressive n extremely unpolite. She was beyond impatient. The dining area was so filthy and dirty. I love KFC but this makes me not want to come here ever again. Horrible experience.

They get 2 starts because the food is always good. The workers on the other hand are horrible, short, and plain rude. They rush you and come off really cold and off putting. Pretty annoying.

Drive thru: moved quickly Saturday at dinner hour.
Service: Nice, speedy, accurate

Taste: soggy, nauseating.
A crazy guy accosted us at our car. I told the person taking our order through the box, then all of a sudden the guy from the order box came out of the back door and told the transient to get away. That was cool. I liked the bad-​ass order taker Alex, but other than for him, this was a super nasty place. Whole family feels sick after the soggy chicken experience.
One other weird thing is the eclectic menu. Choices included chicken, pizza, tacos, and do I want to donate a dollar to Red Cross.

Should be closed down asap. mess up your order nomatter if they speak English or Spanish. who hires these people never go back again

Worst service ever! it took 25 minutes for me and my family to get our orders in the drive-​thru. they will not even greet you or even care that your order will take a long time. If you asked them and complained about their service. No one even speaks to you. I asked them why its taking it so long? The cashier showed us a mean look and then we heard them talking to their own language that’s why we don’t even understand what they are talking about?

Dirty dining room.
Bad and slow service.
Soda machine out of ice.
Soda machine out of soda (only dispensing carbonated water).
Out of honey.
Out of jelly.
They ran out of cash!
When we arrived we were next in line, but had to wait 15 minutes before we could place our order b/​c they had run out of cash/​change for the person in front of us.
Also, once we placed our order, it took at least 30 mins to get it… and it was missing an item we ordered.

If your hungry, don’t come here. Service is very slow. They should call it a super slow food restaurant instead of fast food restaurant.

I feel so sorry this place gets bad reviews because of the neighborhood but not the place itself. The servers are awesome and who would debate about KFC original recipe. Get coupons and the servers will hook you up with sides.
Unfortunately, the bums and other people «hanging out» by the parking lot gives you the wheelies and might make you do a u-​turn.

This was the first KFC I had visited in the US and I was staying across the street… Had no idea I was staying in the ghetto until we went here.
It was about 730 on a Thursday night and taking one step inside and seeing the crowd my brother and I looked at each other, thought, oh $#!+ and decided to stay and order for fear of being chased down the street because we were clearly uncomfortable staying inside with the people who were already there.
We then waited an awkward (for fear of our own lives) 20 minutes to be served. During this time every single customer who had received their food complained that their order was wrong. At one stage someone who probably had a gun in his hoodie pocket came in and paced nervously around while they fixed his order. I was just hoping that he didn’t lose it and decide to try and fix all of us!
After arriving at the 4in thick bullet proof glass window and being asked to order, the lady who was serving us burst into laughter because she could see that we clearly didn’t belong there.
After then waiting another 10 minutes for our order we played the bullet proof safety box game to get our food which took another minute in its self. Then, seeing as though they made a habit of messing up people’s orders we decided to check ours before we left. We then discovered that only half of our order was there but decided to leave before running across the street and safe our lives rather than get our proper order, feeling as though we had already tempted fate enough that night.
If you value the lives of you and your family… DON’T GO HERE!!!

Typical KFC, and Taco Bell taste… and typical service. Nothing extrodinary.
Why 2 stars? Well if you have to order through 4in bullet proof glass, then receive your food through a bullet proof box that you cant open until the other end closes… thats a problem! Visit this place at your own risk as it is clearly not in a safe neighborhood.

I swung by here after work to finally sample the infamous Double Down: cheese and bacon smothered in between two pieces of fried chicken. I also ordered a BBQ shredded chicken sandwich to balance out the taste.
The Double Down ended up being kind of bland and dry. I couldn’t even tell there was bacon in there! (Which, obviously, is the main reason I bought it ;P) I only managed to finish it by dousing it with ranch, honey BBQ and honey mustard.
And instead of the BBQ snacker I ordered, they gave me a fried chicken snacker! Seriously OD’d on fried chicken for the night.
1 star +1 more for the drive-​thru prison style food tray. I’d never seen one before and it amused me.
