Established in 1984.

I have been welding since 1981, I opened my own business in 1984, from fabricating and installing gates and custom iron works to welding and installing full metal work for mayor house remodels and general iron/​metal repairs.

I had 3 iron gates at my house that needed fixing — simple stuff, 2 just reattaching the latch and one that was constantly «stuck.» But I am not a welder so I needed to find someone who could fix them. I tried getting other gate guys to do a small job but no one wants to come out. I called Jorge and he came the same day, after he finished his last job. Jorge says «No problem» and went right to it and fixed my 3 gates in about an hour and had everything in his truck. Reasonable as he is polite, Jorge isn’t snobby about small jobs. I live in Westchester and so he is super convenient.

Jorge is amazing. Hands down. I called him last week after someone broke thru the metal gate of my garage with a pair of bolt cutters and ransacked all the storage units in my condo complex. He came right away, surveyed the damage and told me he knew exactly what he needs for the fix and would be back tomorrow morning. He shows up exactly on time and proceeds to get the work done professionally and quickly. He even reattached missing part to our garage door that he found lying on the ground and he did that for free. A great guy and a great service. I highly recommend him.

Jorge showed up promptly, on time and with good quality welding equipment. He is a professional welder who really knows how to work the material for the best results.
I had cut all the material to be welded for a custom steel frame and he worked with that and even helped correct a couple of my errors when prepping the material.
He’s a nice guy, friendly too, and even let me weld a couple of beads on some scrap material for fun, giving me some tips to improve my own welding.
Price was fair for the amount of work done .very happy with the outcome!

Most places I called had answering machines, or they were «done» for the day, but Jorge’s Mobile Welding fit us in and showed up at 4:00 (past working time). His cost was reasonable and we were able to get that job done. We really appreciated his quick response and helpfulness.
