I waited an hour and still didn’t get seen. The receptionist told me «20 more min, I think». The last time I came he had an emergency and left. It’s fine things happen, but I would have appreciated it if someone had bothered to call me or notify me that he wasn’t there so I wouldn’t have made the trip out. I don’t understand why he has no respect for my time. I try to come to the office at my scheduled time, but waiting over an hour is ridiculous. Leaving and not notifying your patients, ridiculous!

Dr. Patel & his staff are great. They are very friendly, honest, accommodating and professional. I was first referred to Dr. Patel by my orthodontist because I was looking for a good general dentist nearby since I was due for a check up and a cleaning. Their office is clean and organized. They have street parking and accept every type of insurance. Their hours are very convenient and they also have another location in clifton. Since I had such a great experience in both of his offices I switched my son over to his practice as well. I’ve also began to refer all my friends and family to come here whenever they are searching for a good dentist.
