Description

Specialties

Premier preschool and child care for children ages 2 to 5 in the Hawthorne area. We are preparing young minds for kindergarten and beyond with fun activities to develop critical thinking skills that will be the springboard for a lifetime of success in any field. We use a proven curriculum, Learn Every Day by Kaplan Early Learning Co., to make sure our students master all of the developmental milestones identified by the State of California in the Desired Results Developmental Profile. We also have a limited number of spots open for the State Preschool Program, at low or no cost, depending on income eligibility and need. The entire facility has been updated, inside and out. Come by and see what our new management has done!

History

Established in 1963.

In 1963, an old LA County Firehouse was converted to a preschool and School Age program center. An additional building was added later and a kitchen in 2005. In 2015, the School Age Program was discontinued in order to make room for a State Preschool program.
