I had 0 problems with this place. When I dropped my cracked screen iPhone off it didn’t even power on. 1 hour later it was a brand new phone … It turned on and it worked perfectly … I would recommend this
Place to anybody. I paid $ 100 and I definitely got my money’s worth.
They also sell all types of phone accessories, screen protectors, cases, Chargers, portable speakers etc…

You’ll get «fast and friendly» service until you notice a problem with the «repair» and return in person to ask for the issue to be corrected. They then go from «fast and friendly» to unable to help at all. Bad customer service and bad business travels fast and I’ve heard nothing but 1 complaint after another about this location that only accepts cash, locks you in the store once you enter and will ask you pay twice IN FULL for a service that was already done, instead of offering a compromise that would benefit both the store and the customer. If you want good, quality service done by a company that will not cause you to question their integrity, then this is NOT the place for you. Please search a little harder and maybe even pay a little more to be sure that the work you’re having done will not only be done correctly the first time, but if I there is a problem the company will be willing to hear you out and not play the «blame game»!

SCAM ALERT! Couple things here. They quote you a price over the phone and email and when you get there it’s a different price. In addition to that they tell you that they guarantee/​warranty their work, THAT’S False! I got my iPhone 6 Plus screen replaced. I picked it up right before closing and the store was super busy. Keep in mind this store is so sketchy that they lock u in. You have to be buzzed in and out. Anyways, I finally get assisted, the guy told me they warranty their work and said if I paid cash, they won’t charge me tax, because they are shady like that, anyways I take my iPad and when I get home I peeled off the plastic film that was on my phone and noticed a huge crack on top that wasn’t visible with the plastic film on it. I bring the iPad back to show him and they told me they can’t help me because they don’t know if I dropped it or not?! I paid over $ 100 for a repair and I bring back my iPad in less than 24 hours and all of a sudden he can’t help me. He asked me why didn’t I call? Well, they were closed when I got home and noticed it, and I have to work early the next day, I figured bringing it in would be the best thing to do. Besides, what would calling do when they can’t see it the damage over the phone. This place is obviously a place to bring stolen phones to sell them or unlock them. Yes they may be cheaper than other places, but in the end you get what you pay for and I got jacked. Take it from me DO NO GIVE THESE GUYS YOUR BUSINESS. Pay a little extra and get quality service. They Lock the customers in the store and you can’t get out unless they let you out, it’s just a matter of time until these guys are locked up behind bars too. SHADY SCAM ARTISTS!

** Keep this in mind, if you get your device worked on by a 3^rd Party like this place and they are unable to repair or mess your device up even more, guess what??? You will not be able to get your phone fixed by the manufacturer or even get any help from your provider. Do yourself a favor and go to a Real Shop that offers real guarantee’s and real customer service. Going to this place has been a nightmare… Learn from my mistake and go elsewhere… Carlos responded and said he would take care of me, but that’s all for show, they refused to offer any assistance while I was at their shop… *** STAY AWAY ***

Fast and friendly services and the iPhone looks great!
The only reason I didn’t give a full 5 stars was because Unilocal has Saturday hours listed as 10−4pm. I got there at 1045am and they had a sign stating they opened at 11am, so I waited. By 1105am I called the number listed on the business and a gentleman answered it and said he was on his way (that was his own cell number). He didn’t get there until 1115am…

Quoted me one price over the phone so I drove all the way here and they tell me a different price in person. I smell SCAM!!!

Very Unreliable and not honest people! I went to this business hoping to get a phone with legitimate inventory. They promised to have a phone ready for me a few hours later after agreeing on a discounted price. I then went back, wasted gas to have them tell me they forgot.

My boyfriend came here recently to fix his cracked screen on his note 3, and it was greatly done. The price was $ 70 (which is ridiculously decent compared to other places who wanted to charge over $ 100).
The thing that I liked the most about this place is that they keep their word on their warranty. We got my boyfriend’s phone fixed, but about a day later the screen started to pop up at one of the corners, so we went back to this place and asked them about it and whether or not they would be able to fix it for us. Gladly, they took the phone and told us it would be about 45 minutes or so for it to be done. And once we were back the phone was in a brand new condition again.
The only thing that I disliked about this place is that they take a while to fix the stuff, but I’d rather have them take a longer time to do a decent job rather than to rush and do a half ass job. So my advice is to come back at least 30 minutes after the time that they tell you, other than that I would really recommend this place for you if you want a decent price and good customer service!

Ive been coming here over a year and would not recommend it to anyone, they sell cheap parts and screens and always leave them loose so you can come back and spend more money. this place is ridiculous.

Love this place! Took my iPhone 5 in and got it fixed in less than 20 minutes! My iPhone 5 was fully cracked, some of the screen was missing and the home button was missing but I got it fixed so fast and smoothly and for only $ 75! Definitely going back to this place if anything ever happens again.

Unknowledgable. Unfriendly. Overrated.
I walked in here to a line full of people anxiously waiting for their devices; some being told to wait an hour longer than the wait time they were originally given or, like my friend, had to wait days after bringing in his laptop for a simple hard drive fix. Fortunately for me, I only had to deal with these guys for 2 days.
Day One: An iPhone with a cracked screen that still turns on… this shouldn’t be too hard for them to fix. I was told to come back in an hour and I returned to an iPhone with the same cracked screen and a reappearing Apple logo that won’t allow my phone to turn on. I was being asked by a young lady, who appeared to be chuckling at my situation, if I took showers with my phone. I said no but was being told that my phone has internal water damage, preventing them from changing my screen. I’ve gotten my screen fixed successfully on a separate occasion before so I knew something wasn’t right about this.
When I came back in the next day to have them check to see why my phone wouldn’t turn on, I had to wait over an hour for him to restore my iPhone (something I could have done at home in 5 minutes). When I saw that he had no line of customers to be occupied with I approached him and said that it shouldn’t take more than an hour only to have him tell me that he was doing me a favor. On top of that he didn’t offer any other solutions to a problem that they caused and said they were not responsible. So you unsuccessfully fix my screen, render my phone useless, don’t offer anymore solutions, have me wait an hour and a half, and then tell me you’re doing me a favor? That doesn’t sound professional to me. When I asked him why would the software on my phone be damaged after an unsuccessful hardware fix, he told me «it happens a lot with iPhone 5S’s». That’s clearly not the case and I have never heard of any such issue with the 5S. These guys didn’t take any responsibility for this and basically tried to wipe themselves clean of the situation.
Now I have an iPhone that won’t even turn on now and is stuck in safe mode.

After 1 day, I placed my phone down on the table and of course the screen cracked. After one week, the screen that the man put on was a cheap IPhone 6 screen. My phone was glitching and I went to the Apple Store to get a new phone for $ 130 with Apple Care. I do not recommend this place unless you want to spend $ 75 on a cheap screen that cracks after 1 – 2 days… I won’t return. EVER

They fixed my broken screen for my 4s for $ 40, best price in town! The only thing is I dropped it off was told to come back in a hour came back 10 mins til the hour wS told her need 15 more mins 30 minutes later I had my phone.
Regardless it was a nice experience. Carlos was a nice guy.

This place is awesome! I don’t usually review places but this place definitely deserves it. I took my iPhone 5s with battery issues and my iPhone 4 that had a completely black screen and had been sitting at home for over a year. Both phones were fixed in the promised time (less than one hour — during the Memorial Day weekend :-D) at an extremely reasonable price. The customer service, price and actual work is beyond a doubt the best in the area ! (Trust me I’ve been to a few other places nearby) I’m referring everyone I know here from now on. Thank you Carlos !!

Okay so my father have a verizon iphone4s which ended its contract four months. We asked verizon to give us the unlocking code but gave us a window of three to twelve months so he used it internationalky and worked well. when he got back they said we have to wait for the whole span of twelve months. We’ve been to eight stores, one can unlock it but we have to wait two weeks for the neter chip to arrive and costs 65 which is not bad but he needs the phone urgently so we stumbled to this store and found out that there is such thing as phone flashing which costs only 25 which will only convert verizon to page plus-​same cdma
we got it flashed and so far the network is reliable just like they said it’s the same coverage verizon has… for thirty minutes we got my dad’s phone for a Better plan and cheaper price

I called late and they waited for me to come in… Fixed my smashed screen in 20 min at a great price!

Very reliable and they can fix your phone in no time. Every single time I have dropped my Iphone 5 I take it here and its fixed very fast without a problem. They also have reasonable prices

Cracked my iphone 4s screen, and got sad.
Found this place and got the screen replaced in 20 minutes for $ 50! Now I’m back to being happy! Great service, really good job on the phone — works perfectly.
Also got myself an otter box case to prevent future cracks, for $ 15. Money well spent.
