If I can give 0 stars I would!, I live so close yet rather drive to Manhattan beach or the one in rosecrans where I know things will be a whole lot better. First the store employees are no where to be found if you have any questions or need anything. There’s always huge lines with one cashier or two at the most. Product wise everything is so picked on, there’s hardly new displays for anything. Not organize at all, always out of stock on mostly everything. Just don’t waste your time on coming here and expecting any type of good customer service

Fist time visiting this pharmacy. I came in with 4 different, non-refillable prescriptions to fill, for a friend after his surgery. The person who attended me happened to be the pharmacist herself — curt, unprofessional, and unwilling to go any inch extra to help me obtain a prescription she described as, «People rob for this narcotic.» She described how I’d have to walk this prescription into each CVS to see if they could fill it, but forgot to inform me I’d have to produce my friend’s ID. As I waited for my friend’s prescriptions, I witnessed a very helpful pharm tech ask if this new pharmacist was able to help a client in line for a pharmacist consultation. The young, unprofessional, terse pharmacist brusquely cut the pharm tech short in front of us. Nothing breaks down work moral faster than a rude boss. Nothing is more deplorable than watching someone usurp their position. You are only as good as your front line people. If it weren’t for the utterly kind and professional pharm tech Sharwasi(?), there’d be absolutely no reason to waste your time walking in to this pharmacy. Worst pharmacist I’ve EVER encountered, bar none.

Worst pharmacy staff ever. I literally just wasted 20 mins of my life trying to speak to someone. Seriously staff, answer your damn phones or stop being lazy.

I have never stood in line this long to drop off a prescription. This is ridiculous. No one has even bothered to acknowledge the people in line. If it wasn’t for the stupid insurance company I’d leave and go to Walgreens a few blocks down. Guaranteed they could’ve helped me twice in the time I’ve been waiting here. Typed this entire review with one hand and STILL haven’t been acknowledged. Worst pharmacy ever.

The store is better than last review. There was only 1 cashier who greets everyone who walked in the store. Th store had a basket which you can put you items in such as a case of water. They do not sell cigarettes(for those who smoke) but they do offer quit smoke methods

These people are amazing. I transferred my son’s re and they did it themselves. Even though, my insurance didn’t cover for the rx, they transferred my son’s to to another pharmacy that accepts his insurance. No sweat. Thank you cvs

I did not have the same experience here, and wish someone would have spoken to me in ‘Spanish — I could use the practice with this beautiful language. We came in here as a last minute gift was in-order. Although there was a line, it went very fast. There were great deals on everything, and we ended up getting the perfect gift box complete with LED lights and a very cute bow for the car, all for 30% off. We also were able to purchase some gift cards on the fly! Lastly, I needed cash, and was happy to not have to go to an ATM — it was free at the register when I used my debit card(max. $ 35). They also have a great selection of alcoholic beverages, and great sales too.

WTF? I speak ENGLISH! I have BLONDE Hair and BLUE eyes. I don’t even look Hispanic. I went to the register to pay this morning and the lady starts talking to mein Spanish about something and I am giving her a blank stare and she takes my credit card and I say«I DONOTSPEAKSPANISH». She swipes my card and processes it and tells me the total in Spanish. I look around for another checker. The store is dead and none else is in sight. Seriously? They couldn’t find anyone that spoke English? I have no problem with Multi-lingual people but come-on its America I go to buy toilet paper I should be able to understand the damn cashier!!!
