Fit us in pretty quick, did the job, then scooted us out as fast as they possibly could, after demanding we pay cash over credit, even tho they were charging us $ 80+ for three pedicures. The guy was super rude in shooing us out. Will not be back again!

I have been going to this salon for many years. I visit from out of town and always get a mani and pedi here at least twice during my visit. The price is great and I have always been happy with the result. I don’t know what has changed from last year but this year I am not happy. The lady doing the mani cut one of my cuticles twice, I now have scabs. She also asked if I wanted my nails buffed, which is a normal part of most manis, so I said yes, and was charged $ 5 for it. They also charge an extra $ 1 when you use a credit card to pay, really hate that! Not happy with the callous removal job. Last time I had this done here the result was amazing, this time, I still have a dry skin on the ball of my foot.

I’ve had several pedi’s here before and visiting today the staff seemed to have changed? Anyhow, I was instructed to select a color for my regular pedicure($ 13) and in doing so the bottle on display next to mine somehow slid out and fell to the floor and shattered! I tried cleaning up what I could and apologized. As I sat down on the chair facing the cash register to my disbelief I read a sign stating if you break a polish bottle, you’ll get charged $ 5!!! I’ve never seen this sign on previous visits. Needless to say, I don’t believe customers should be charged for this type of unintentional mistake. They just lost a customer.

Went for 2nd time in 7÷20÷12 for gel manicure. First visit was great. Second visit? Technician was HORRIBLE. I made her redo 2 nails due to bubbles and now they are worse; lumpy. She even worked my cuticles with lotion and massaged my hands with cuticle oil. What kind if mess is that? Obviously, I WILLNOTBEBACK! It’s not worth the less expensive rates. This is a prime example of getting what you pay for.

I really love getting my nails done here. I previously went to a place in Culver City with the big fancy spa chairs but they kept jacking up their friggin prices so I came here off a friends suggestion. Staff is *really* nice and accomodating. I came in once with my grandma and didnt come back for a month and the lady who did my eyebrows STILL remembered me and my grannie and asked how she was. sooo nice. On top of that they do a great job of doing my toes and eyebrows. and I get both done for $ 17 bucks where at the other place it was $ 24 just for a pedi. I can’t report on nails as I prefer to do my own(I change colors like twice a week lol) but what i’ve seen of other ladies in the salon they are spectacular at the as well. I love being pampered without breaking the bank :)

*Sigh* I really love it here. They do all of the typical spa stuff here: french tips, waxing, acrylics and all that. There’s this amazing woman, Lena, who does an awesome job on eyebrow waxing and nails. The people here are so nice! I feel like family when I walk in. At other nail spas, you’re really lucky if you get a passive«Hi, how are you?» They really do care here, they even ask how my family’s doing and all. I would suggest this spa for getting nails done or waxing!
