I received a Six Line Wrasse, Watchman Goby, Pistol Shrimp, and 2 Feather dusters and they were packaged VERY well.
Each species was in its own bag — triple bagged, The bags were not clear/​see through around the bottom sides which helped keep the fish calm. There were multiple heating packs. All of this was packed inside a Styrofoam cooler/​box.
They also included and acclimation kit, an informational/​instruction booklet, and some of their brand of food.
Very well done. The only thing I think they should change is they should require a signature upon delivery. If someone isn’t home, the box is just left on their porch and livestock can easily die in the winter months. I have read about livestock scheduled to be delivered by a certain time and then the person has to leave for work and it doesn’t arrive until later in this happening.
All fish and invertebrates are doing well. One of the feather duster’s was out in the bag (good sign).
I will order from this company again.

I picked up the SPS pack from him and I was so excited when I saw what was to be sent. What I received was probably what no one else would of bought from them. Very disappointed and I paid over $ 100 for the frag pak. Open brain coral (red) was received pretty much dead and my water readings are perfect. It’s been sitting on the bottom of the tank and its brown. I spent over $ 400 so I received a free Blenny. The water was cold upon arrival and I spent 3 hours on acclimation. He died an hour later. Sent a letter to the owners and they don’t even respond. Don’t waste your time here. There is so much better available.

I buy a lot from them online and everything was perfect. Awesome corals selection. I love «Collector’s Choice» with lots of unique species corals and invertebrates. Exceptional customer service and price. I buy 18 times from them and have rarely DOA! They are really professional and they send you kit of survive with the box.
