Beauty’s Dog Grooming

I love the mow-​hawk! His hair cut was a bit choppy in a few different places. Not extremely noticeable, but Its my Baby so I notice everything!!! Lol
They were not as friendly to IvyWhite (the toy Poodle) as his normal groomer (Donna @ Bowsery), but I wanted some color for him.
Its nice but we will see how Ms. Black (My patient) likes it!

Been bringing my dog here for awhile and love the way they groom my baby but I HATE how I took my dog in today around 10 I ask the lady there how long she thought it might take I was told about 3 hours maybe more or less. What? That can’t even be considered a time estimation!!! I didn’t have much to do so wasn’t worried about the time. A little after 12 I called for an update and was told he wasn’t ready yet and they would call me after 1, okay then. Fell asleep and woke up after 1:45ish and they still haven’t called me so I called them only to be told that my dog has been ready for awhile. WTH!!! I don’t like the idea of having my dog caged up all day.
From the moment I dropped off my pet I asked them to call ONE number on my dog’s file (the other numbers are my parents and they work) Turns out they called all the numbers beside the number I asked to use! I would think after awhile and no one is answering or returning your calls, shouldn’t you try the one number you haven’t called?
I love their services and how amazing my baby looks but today really ticked me off and just disappointed me

I will NEVER take my baby here again. I been back and forth to the Vet. They cleaned her ear so bad and wrong it’s been bleeding for days. They busted her ear drum and costs loads of $$$ to fix. PLEASE don’t not take your animal here.

Ari’s first visit and it won’t be his last! Fast, affordable and professional the girls here are very nice and friendly!

Brought our doggie here for a whole package; anal extraction, nails, haircut and war cleaning. They did exactly what we asked and even tried to blend in her bald spot (allergy to a plant). She came out excited and she’s a whiner/​hyper dog. They were even able to get cute lil puppy bows on her.

The ladies here are very friendly and welcoming. My dog is in and out and loves going there. The facility is nice and clean with health care items to accessories to pu for your ‘baby’. I never had an issue with this groomer! rchase

Took my lil homie ButterBall in to get a bath and a hair cut. Since I just got him out of jail (translation: rescued him from the shelter) he had a lot of fleas and needed extra attention. The two young ladies that work here are so polite and friendly and they took good care of Butters. Now my dog has his swag back thanks to this joint. Good prices professional employees. This my kind of party. Butters will be back and if you have a pet in need check them out.

I love the place the ladys are super nice and though she has a super thick accent and at times its hard for her to understand the first time what you want. so i make sure to clearly detail what i want my dogs to look like and so far they always look great. These ladys leave ur dog looking good and for a way better price then most expensive groomers out their!

I just moved to the Hawthorne area in Oct, so I am needing a new/​closer groomer so i looked these folks up and took my dog in to get a trim/​cut. I even showed them a picture of her with a new cut, indicating how I want her to look, as I normally go to Bubbles in K-​town and I was really hoping she’d look fabulous when I came to get her. Was that the case??? Nope– looks like I paid to get her face trimmed a bit and the rest of her body looked exactly the same. The shears didn’t touch any part of her body besides her face AROUND the paws (which also were unevenly cut) Her chest looked extra buff because the hair is too long… and her body looks disproportionate because they didn’t TRIM her whole body as they should. Yeah, i could have made them «fix» it but I wasn’t about to leave my dog there another 2 hours.
Now I don’t know what «trim» means to these folks here– and I am not trying to bad mouth them, but you need to make sure you COMPLETELY understand what I am asking for before you whisk my dog away. A trim means the WHOLE body should be about an inch off & close to the current length but certainly obvious that she just got a cut. The hair on her legs were not trimmed down not cleaned up, her body certainly was not trimmed down. The only thing that got a trimming was her face and I had to walk her back in there to trim her butt area because even that didn’t get touched. Like I paid 30 dollars for a shampoo and face trim??? Because she looks like a «fat» yorkie because her body didn’t get trimmed down any to go with her face. Thank goodness she’s a cutie pie dog– I should have kept my money in my pocket. I tipped her 10 bucks either way– but my business will not be back here. I MAY try another groomer in the area, but if they screw it up I’ll just be making trips back to my groomer in K-​town… yeah it’s a drive, but at least i know I’ll be happy when I get her back.
