Worst customer service ever! Went through the whole process to get my car back and the lady who answers the phone is a complete rude person to put it in a nice
way… She said well who am I speaking to? I’m not psychic! It took every amount of kindness not to yell at her!!! Calling Nissan to pick someone better to work with who actually has respect and manners!

Rude service. The person on the voice box is a b! tch. Came 20 minutes early my appointment was set for 4:30 and wouldn’t be helped until it had reached my appointment time. If I could give this place 0 stars I would. f@ck that b! tch

One– big rip-​off. They ran all my gas out of my car; took all my property; which I have to pay $ 130 to get it back; and even took two vanity mirrors off the outside of my car! They are a scam I will be writing the BBB about these thieves!

If i could give zero stars I would. They wanted us to sign a document that stated there was no damage to my car and that all my items were there, i asked to see the car first because i cannot sign for something i cannot check out… they said no! They charged me to get my own personal items and we had actually paid off the car. whoever answers the phone is EXTREMELY RUDE and i do not understand how they can be allowed to stay in business, I filed a complaint with BBB… horrible experience. Things were missing from my personal items and my car was damaged…

Where do I begin? Let’s start with the fact I am a law school graduate and was forced to sign a release stating something to the effect of «I have seen my car and it is in the exact same condition that it was in» BUT THEY WOULDNT LET ME SEE MY CAR FIRST. We asked if we can get a copy. They said no. I asked if I can take a picture. They said NO. I was forced to sign a release stating my car was oK but couldn’t see my car…
… Then it happened. After TWO HOURS of waiting, it turns out my car wouldn’t turn on at all. No one told me this until I called Audi, who called them, and then Audi told me my car wasn’t working… But they kept saying it’ll be right out. Why?!? And why did they force me to sign a release stating my car is perfect but now it didn’t work?!?
Then able auto adjusters towed it FURTHER away to Torrance and told me if I want it closer by me, I’d have to pay THEM (the ppl who BROKE my car) to tow it closer to me… So they towed my car to the city further away from me and made my über ride $ 68 each way! Yayyy!
They also took my possessions and when I told them my debit card is next to my license, I was told to go borrow money from someone to pay the towing fee!!! I was appalled. That’s a hefty assumption. Why not grab my debit card THATS RIGHT NECT TO MY LICENSE! if they have to get my license to the release the car, why wouldn’t they grab my debit THATS NEXT TO IT? apparently the better solution is to go borrow money from someone.
Completely unprofessional and took my personal property.
Claim filed with Audi to never use this company again. When they did a three way call, audi actually told them they were ending the call and then spoke with me privately to apologize for their tone, demeanor, and how they «think it’s not what they say, it’s how they say it» — I was so happy AUDI filed a claim on my behalf to reconsider using this company.
Also, guy before me got his car back and his radio didn’t work anymore
