AVOID! 1. Took a generator in for service, replacement of the pull cord and replacement of the pull cord opening. They told me they would call with estimates on repair costs as well as when it will be done. I specifically said I needed it done within a week. 2. After a week without a phone call, I called to find out the status of the repair. The agent said they hadn’t started on it. 3. A couple days later I called again, only to be put on hold. The agent came back with they will have to call me back. 4. A few more days passed and I called again. They said it was ready so I went to pick it up. 5. After paying for the service I had the agent bring me the generator. Prior to loading I had him start it so I can make sure it worked. After about 10 pulls it started but I noticed that the pull cord opening had not been changed. The agent then went to talk to the service guy who said he couldn’t find a part. ??? They said leave it again and they would try to come up with something and charge me another hours worth of labor. Since I was in a time crunch, I took the generator as is. I stopped on my way home to check the generator pull cord, only to find that the agent frayed the pull cord when starting the generator because the pull cord opening was NOT repaired. Now I am back to where I was before I took it to them for service. I was leaving California so I could not leave it with them plus I was furious that they wanted to charge me more for something I asked them to repair in the first place.

I rented a u-haul truck from here and everything was pretty easy. Made my reservation online and picked up the truck the next day. The lady that worked there seemed nice enough and the rental went smoothly. When I returned the truck the same night, I didn’t fill the tank exactly to where the needle was when I picked it up and I thought I’d get charged the difference if anything. Man was I wrong. I guess it’s my fault that I didn’t read thru the whole contract/receipt thing but I was charged an extra $ 30! I guess I don’t rent u-hauls enough to know all of the fine print. So yea, I’m giving only 3 stars out of my frustration. Maybe I’ll change it next time I visit there. READTHEPRINT.
