As I live 300 miles away from the Chicago house I was selling (inherited from my late father), my realtor (the superb Nancy Perlman) recommended Kevin as my closing attorney. He was wonderful. He communicated thoroughly and clearly, he was always courteous and consummately professional, and he went above and beyond to make sure the deal happened when the buyers threw curve balls right at the closing. He quoted a charge of $ 495 for the entire job up front, and never remotely suggested upping it even though he put in a lot of extra time on an unexpectedly tricky job.

Kevin helped my wife and I purchase our first home. It was a bit of a difficult transaction because we were dealing with a divorced couple on the sell side. Fortunately, Kevin’s experience was tremendously useful. It was to the point where Kevin was advising both us and the sellers’ Realtor to make the deal happen.
Not only does Kevin have significant experience and knowledge, he is also a really nice guy. I understand he practices in other areas of law, but I can only speak to his skill set as it relates to residential real estate. As such I would highly recommend Kevin to anyone looking to transact in the real estate space.
