Deep Freediving Instruction teaches commonly in Hawaii, California, Mexico and other locations.

We specialized in spearfishing safety and instruction, proper breathing techniques, freediving safety and instruction, rescue techniques, physics and physiology for freediving. These courses are perfect for any freediver, waterman, spearo, surfer, swimmers, athletes or anyone looking how to become healthier and breath properly. The information taught in our freediving courses will help you to hold your breath for longer and diver deeper on a single breath of air.
