Slice It Up Pizza and Catering

Living in an area with a pizza place on every block, I have tried many places over the years. This place is great. We have not had a pizza from here that we have not liked. We had a last minute catering event for a birthday party and they were great for that as well.

One of my kids has celiac disease, so this place (GF fryer and GF pizza shells) has been on my list to try for a while now. Since she was home from school over the holiday break, we finally tried. Wow. Huge menu, everything was excellent. We ordered two pizzas, a stromboli, wings, and cheese fries. I always get a little nervous when a pizzeria doesn’t have an Italian name, but I needn’t have worried.
We ordered at the counter, but the cashier became our waitress — she was very friendly and attentive, and we tipped her as if she had given us full table service.
Clean, nice décor, lots of street parking within one block.
We’ll definitely be going back soon.

Last minute catering order placed and everything was very good. Delivered on time and the perfect temperature. Our guests loved the cheesesteaks, hoagies, and chicken fingers.

My goto place for pizza in Havertown. I’ve tried most of the places in H-​town. Thin crust and yummy cheese similar to the pizza I had growing up in NJ.

Thank you for your reply. We will be definitely be back. Maybe the waitress was having an off night and maybe I was having an off night also. I recommend your restaurant to everybody that is visiting the jersey shore. Next time I am in I will make sure I come up to say hi.

New, clean & friendly restaurant! Everything we had was great… ordered wings, cheese fries, cheesesteak & Italian grinder and everything was delicious. The grinder was to die for!!! I’ve also tried the chicken marsala from here and it is my all time favorite. Definitely a must go to if you’re in the area!

WOW! Slice it Up Pizza is Sensational! The Pizza is PERFECT, but that is just the tip of the iceberg. Everything on this Restaurant’s Menu is delicious, the highest quality for a fair price with large portions and everything is very very Fresh. If you decide to Eat In, the atmosphere is charming with a great Staff who go out of their way to meet everyone of our needs with speed and Family friendliness. This has become my newest Favorite Place to go in the neighborhood, and I highly recommend it!

HORRIBLE! Very small place. Waited over an hour for pizza. After that hour I went up and it still wasn’t in the oven. I had gotten up and left and the food is very expensive. Plus the waitress was very miserable

Brand new and highly Facebook recommended so I decided to give a try. Got an Italian hoagie on a seeded roll. Ridiculously fresh and delicious! Will be back.

Is there a new pizza shop in Havertown with some potential? Maybe, only time will tell.
My spies told me this place was opening so I stopped in about 7:00 PM tonight. The place was jumping. I asked them when they opened and the young kid behind the counter said 11:00 AM today! Despite looking very young he handled my order just fine.
I ordered their Old School Italian Hoagie ($ 7.95) which is their high-​end variety. I added an order of fries for $ 2.95. I normally don’t order fries but with a new place I wanted to see how they were handling there fryer.
My order was to go and was ready quickly. When I got home and took my first bite of this massive hoagie and my first thought was FRESH! The roll was excellent and the sandwich as a whole was packed with flavor. The quantity was in line with some of the largest hoagies in town. The fries were a bit under cooked but I’ll give them a day 1 break.
My meal was A OK for sure. I’ll be back to see how they do when the bloom is off the rose, as they say.
