I had a miserable experience with this place. Pick up date promises weren’t met and no one seemed to care. Staff seemed friendly at first until there was an issue. Then they couldn’t have cared less. An entire wedding party had to rearrange travel dates because they refused to keep their promises. They also refused any sort of discount or compensation even though people had to drive to their one location, from all over the tri state area, the day of the wedding. Their response «look this isn’t our first wedding.» One of their staff member even said one of the groomsman deserved a punch in the face. He was probably right, but that’s not how you run a business. Also my shirt didn’t fit and I looked ridiculous because of it. Go to one of the chains or rent online. It’s more convenient and they’ll have your stuff on time.

This place is CLEAN, FRIENDLY, VERY PROFESSIONAL; was here for an out of town wedding, sent in my child’s measurements from a tux place back home, showed up, the staff did minor adjustments and BAM, my son looks like a million dollars… VERY FAMILY FRIENDLY, as if your they’re family!!! Thank again

I was really surprised with how great my experience was here. Not that I doubted the stellar reviews before me but mainly how it was such a night and day experience compared to Men’s Wearhouse, which was a total mistake in going to. Steve and Joe took great care of me and one of my groomsmen was flying in from LA and he was impressed with their attention to detail and their «Philly» accents. The part of the experience I was most impressed with was their ability to explain to my then fiancé that what she wanted was overkill and that she had to choose between a pocket square or a boutonnière. They also set her straight with color coordinating vests and ties to match her bridesmaids and in the end everything turned out great. I don’t ever want to have to plan a wedding again but for those that do save some aggravation by heading here for your tuxs.

If you want to look good for your wedding or prom or whatever formal event you have, then go see these guys.
A relaxed atmosphere with a big screen TV playing ESPN all day and night and guys that really know their stuff.
I wanted a classic tux look and Joe put a modern twist on it with the jacket and it was a hit, my new wife said I never looked so hot!
Joe & Steve and their crew were really easy to work with and with 13 guys needing tuxes, we needed their flexibility and patience and professionalism and we got it all in spades.

I LOVE renting tuxes here. The staff are always extremely friendly and have no problem answering questions or grabbing different things when I am indecisive. The rental tuxes are great as well.
