Tom at Direct Paint and Collision was so extremely helpful. It was my first real accident (sorry deer of 2007, you mattered too) with my SUV being towed and I had no idea what to do. Tom helped me through the process and his guys were able to retrieve my SUV from Media quite quickly. The process continued quite seamlessly from there. They gave me a rental and off I went. Tom called me with updates and was willing to answer any annoying questions I had. My SUV looks amazing inside and out.

Came in for an estimate on a paint job and the man I spoke to wouldn’t even come out to look and just said it’ll be about 10 grand. Without even knowing what type of car or any information on the job. Very unprofessional and rude. Would not recommend this shop due to the attitude displayed towards a potential customer

My mother in law was involved in a serious MVA and her vehicle was towed to Direct Paint and Collision afterwards. She has used another auto repair shop for years, but when I spoke with Tom at Direct Paint and Collision, I was so impressed with him that we decided to let him fix the car because Direct Paint and Collision also warranties its repairs for the life of the vehicle. Tom promised me that he would fight the insurance company on our behalf to make sure we got all new parts as opposed to replacement and less safe parts. The vehicle also had an unusual paint color, but Tom was able to match it. He really went above and beyond and delivered on his promises. I would highly recommend Direct Paint and Collision– I am a personal injury attorney and have dealt with many collision shops over the years, and Tom is one of the best to work with.

I was hit by a guy running a red light a year ago. This was my first and only accident. Direct collision was called by the police, they have a contract with the township to handle accident towing.
But, they are also a body shop. Seems unfair, like a conflict of interest. They are not the only body shop in h-town.
My dad told me to have it towed to a different local body shop, one he’s used before.
So, when he arrives, I ask the older tow truck guy to take me there. He seemed like a nice grampa type. He must have had instructions to only take it back to their shop. Because as I’m in the truck with him, still shaken from just being in an accident, he keeps saying, let’s just stop here first, talk to the owner, he’ll give you a better deal. I told him a few times: no, let’s just go straight to the other place. But he wouldn’t let up. So, we went there, then I had to talk with the owner, had to tell him over and over: No, I just want to take it where my dad told me to take it.
It was so ridiculous!!!
I felt so taken advantage of, i was at their mercy, vulnerable, had no control over the situation. And, I was all traumatized from just being hit! If I had been hit a few inches off, my car would’ve been totaled.
These guys are totally shady and have bad business practices.
So glad I was able to get my car outta there!!! :) it’s good as new now!

So I was driving back from New Jersey on 464 SB crossing into Deleware. It was about 12am and I still had about 5 hours to go before I reach Virginia. Out of nowhere Bambi jumps over the divider. Before I could even react, my front end was already totaled and there was a dead dear with a decapitated head in the middle of the road. The cops came, took a report, and called a towing company. The towing company towed my car back to Direct Paint and Collision. Realizing that I only had liability, I knew I would have to fork over a pretty penny. I spoke to Mike. He gave me an honest estimate but I just didn’t have the money. Instead of just kicking me to the curb, he let me use his computer so that I can find a company to ship my car back. He even let me keep my car in the tow yard for a couple days since I had to go back to Virginia the next day. Come to Direct Paint and Collisions and I guarantee that you won’t get screwed over.
