History
Established in 2012.
ALL OUT Sealcoat was established by Kevin McGarvey and Marco Menna. It began as a way create jobs and facilitate networking opportunities in a time of economic difficulty. Kevin and Marco took the risk to start the business because they saw a market that was in need of a company that operated in a fair and honest manner with a customer first mentality. Additionally, they saw that many industry competitors were using coal tar-based sealer, a toxic substance that is outlawed in 13 states.
ALL OUT Sealcoat offers an eco-friendly alternative by using an asphalt-based sealer. This demonstrates a commitment to not only the environment, but the customer and employees that could be harmed by coal tar toxins.
In May 2012, Marco graduated from Temple University and Kevin from West Chester University, at which point they began establishing an official LLC.
