Never have good luck at this location! The front desk girl is really rude and pushy! When I went to pick up my order, they had given it away to someone else! Only to be rude about it!

It’s so sad. This Papa Gino’s just cannot get it right. I generally love Papa Gino’s. I ask for extra sauce every time and they still barely have any in it. They leave about 2−3″ of crust on the edges. It’s so dry! They also always seem to get the order wrong. I can’t order from here anymore.

I’ve been here a few times (three strikes?) and each time encountered some issues.
I’ve eaten in the restaurant and been ignored standing at the counter, then forgotten about after ordering.
Ordered online and driven there 35 mins after and waited another 20 mins for my pizza when the place was empty. And getting it home and finding a medium size pizza in the large box.
Most recently ate in for the all you can eat special (we really love pizza) and had to ask multiple times for pizza and then waited watching other people that came in after us get served. Just annoying after other visits at the same location.
All in all the food is usually good but the service isn’t. Now they have a jukebox in the restaurant and have it turned up to a high volume and the bass sounded terrible and just made our dinner experience worse. Won’t be back here.

Just wrong on so many levels. Ordered online and did not receive the correct order. Ordered steak and cheese pocket and steak, mushroom and cheese sub. No cheese or mushrooms… SMH. Used to be really good, now it’s a complete disaster and disappointment. $ 25.00 is ridiculous for 2 sandwiches. Shame on you Papa Gino’s.

Hardly ever go to Papa Gino’s anymore… Out doing errands so I figured I grab two quick slices… Ordered 1 Cheese and 1 Pepperoni, they charged me for 2 Pepperonis… They refused to change it. The guy at counter said «That’s the way they make us ring it in.» Total bullshit.

This Papa Gino’s is near Haverhill, Ma (just off I-​495 exit # 49). It is the one guaranteed stop we always make on our trip to and from our annual trip south each winter.
Some of the best pizza crust I’ve ever eaten. Thin, delicious and perfectly cooked. This store fulfills the definition for terrific pizza… ‘Great bread adorned’.

Not happy with this papa ginos location. My husband picked up the pizza and said the location was not busy. One look at the pixza you tell it was not cooked all the way and it looked like whoever made my pizza just threw my toppings on. I got a medium mushroom and cheese pizza. My slices were sliced in different sizes and some slices had mushrooms and others didn’t. I won’t be ordering from this location again.

Go to the bradford location. We were told 20min for our pick up order. We arrived on time only to be told that due to a large party that just arrived our pizza (a large cheese nothing fancy) would be another 45min. Seriously papa ginos? Why wasnt the order started when we called? Who is managing this place?!
