I am a60 year old grandmother of 4, I was ordering for my grandkids, I didn’t have my glasses on, I ordered a 10 pc McNugget and other items. As I was waiting I noticed a sign, 20 pc for $ 5.00 and looked to see what the 10 pc cost ($ 4.49). I had forgotten to order 6 apple pies, the same woman took the order, I asked her if I had just paid $ 4.49 for a 10 pc when I could have gotten a 20 pc for $.51 more, she said yes, I don’t push the 20 pc as some get mad and say I only wanted a 10 pc. I said it would have been a nice thing to mention. She didn’t respond, I asked her is she was the manager as I noticed she was dressed differently, and she replied yes. I said you obviously don’t give a crap, she said she didn’t say that, she didn’t have to. It was then she offered to make it a 20 pc, to little to late.

It took – no joke – 15 minutes to order for 2 adults and 3 kids, and they got Every. Order. Wrong.
There were so many people behind the counter, but it seemed like it was everyone’s first day.
They were polite, though.

Allow extra time whether you’re going through the drive-​thru or inside. They never seem to be adequately staffed. I like to frequent them for their free Wi-​Fi.

I will not take into account food choices or the «health» factor into my review since we all know that McDonalds is grossly unhealthy in the first place.
My first problem visit– 2 weeks ago.
1) I was made to pull up and wait for a burger made with no pickles or onions. I hate that– Fast food should be fast. It’s not hard to microwave a burger the way the customer likes it. They did give us free apple pies though. but that doesn’t matter because read on!
Second visit– This morning
2) We order breakfast combos since it was Easter and all. We didn’t want to make a huge homemade breakfast.
THEY FORGOT THE HASHBROWNS WE PAID FOR!
so much for the free stinking apple pies. Stupids. I paid for something I didn’t get.
I’m done with you MC D“S. I hated you all along anyway.
