Just as Lilia was taking over the business, we placed a late rush order for an event and she was able to accommodate us not only with superior quality but fast service. Absolutely horrible. Do not bring anything here. I brought a small baby blanket to be monogrammed and it took them two weeks to do! When I got it, the lettering was off center. Avoid this place at all costs.
