This location’s drive-thru is consistently slow. Today, the brew was totally off. I ordered a dark roast. I confirmed at the window that it was a dark roast, but it didn’t taste anything like one. When I went inside the restaurant and asked for dark roast, they poured me the same thing. It was like really weak decaf.

Conveniently located on Route 110 Eastbound side, Exit 52 off Interstate 495, this donut shop is settled slightly back off the road. There is a very unusual way to enter the parking lot. You have to drive to the furthest left side of the entrance, on the opposite side of the concrete barrier(right side of building) to enter. That concrete barrier should be removed since entrance in is very confusing and I have had several near miss collisions with cars leaving the driveway. In the USA, you drive on the right side of the road and oncoming traffic is on the left side. This driveway entrance is the opposite which is why it is extremely confusing. I don’t recommend you park on the right side of the building(right side facing the front). If you do in the morning, expect to get stuck due to the traffic that collects at the drive-thru. Speaking of the drive-thru, it is a bit of a mess with the entrance first off Route 110, then where the cars backup, parallel to the cars parked. Once you get to the speaker to place an order, you can’t back out and there is a concrete barrier to the right which forces you to continue through the drive-thru. If you have an emergency while in the drive-thru and must get out, you can’t until it is your turn at the window. You could if you drove over the concrete barrier and over the bushes, but then you’d damage your vehicle likely. Most weekdays, expect On busy days, traffic can be backed up onto the street going into the drive-thru. The technology of what they use for the intercom has got to be outdated because nearly every time I arrive the drive-thru, the person on the intercom can hardly hear what I say and vice versa. Once your in the drive-thru area, your stuck — so if you have an emergency and need to get out, forget it. The parking lot does wrap around the building offering plenty of parking. Inside the shop, it’s generally clean but has been known for days to be sloppy and filthy floor. The staff are usually friendly and helpful. The shop offers free Wi-Fi and payment via the Dunkin Perks program. Although, half the time, the scanner does not work for mobile payment. I haven’t given a full star rating because of the parking lot and frequent view of the filthy floor. However, the food here most of the time is fresh and has great flavor to it.
