Crystal Nails & Spa Waxing

Crystal nails is so unprofessional and dirty. There were kids running around screaming for the duration of my service. The tools were in a dirty plastic basket and when I nicely asked to pedicure tech to not bend my ankle/​leg in weird positions she got upset and still kept doing it anyway. After the worst leg massage ever… I was on to my manicure.
I went to have my gel polish removed and then have a new gel manicure applied. As soon as I sat down they pulled out the rotary tool which is typically used for artificial nails. I asked her to use the emery board because my nails were too thin. She then began to argue with me and said it would take too long. She then began talking to her fellow co-​workers about me… Then said I was a b! tch in her native tongue. Hearing that I then told her my service was done and I want to leave. Just because I don’t look like someone who understands what you’re saying, doesn’t mean I can’t.
A note to the owners-​purchase some sterilizing equipment, get a baby sitter, and have your employees treat people better.

Best manicure and pedicure I have ever gotten! So clean, their tools are clean and sanitized, they took their time, it was a perfect mani and pedi that lasted almost three weeks in the Caribbean. Definitely going back.

After J and J had been fully occupied, I decided to go to Crystal Nails and Spa. I received the worst pedicure I have ever experienced in my life. I would have been better off painting my own toes, I even had to fix my pedicure when I got home to get excess nail polish off around the nail. Nail polish was not put on the edge of my nails, and the pedicure as a whole was horrendous. I am still in shock that I paid someone to poke me with cuticle nippers and use sticky nail polish. I will never go here again.

Love this place. Very clean, friendly, and they do an awesome job. Best so far in Haverhill!

Very clean place. They take time doing your nails. Very good price and good service. So far the best place I have been in Haverhill area.
