Business Owner

Keith has been an active member of the Appraisal community for the past 12 years. He has completed thousands of Interior and Exterior Residential Real Estate Appraisals on Long Island, NYC and Westchester County.

He received his education at the New York Institute of Technology, as well as the American School of Real Estate and the Long Island School of Real Estate (LISORE).

Mr. Gray is an active member of the Department of Housing and Urban Development FHA Roster. He has been approved by a number of major lending institutions such as: JPMorgan Chase, Citibank, Wells Fargo, Bank of America, Nationstar Mortgage, Flagstar Mortgage, IndyMac Bank, TD Bank and many others.
