Joe Muggs Coffee Shop is one of my fave! they make a delicioua coffee. the seating area is so cozy. great place to hang out with friends. i love come here for a quick coffee and meet up with a friend!

Joe Muggs is typically the last place I want to go for coffee, but Hattiesburg doesn’t have a Barnes & Nobles so we decided to take a chance & make a trip to Books a Million/​Joe Muggs. SO SORRY I did! The barista (if you could call him that) was incredibly slow & didn’t look very confident about that he was doing, so luckily I took a closer peek. I watched him pull out a gallon of milk & steam it. Once steamed he handed it to me & said, «Caramel latte with soy.» Ha! After refusing to take it & asking for the soy latte I’d asked & paid for, his response was, «Its the closest thing we have to soy.» 10 minutes waiting for nothing! After asking him if he could make it again he reported his was out of soy milk. Lack of training? Lack of education? Lacking in soy milk? Uh! It took forever for a manager to arrive & they required my phone number before they could give me my money back. No concern or apologies… poor service. Sadly this is the second time this has happened at this location. Next time I need anything from BAM, I’ll stop at Starbucks first.

They have no logical order for their books. They won’t help you find anything… The workers have an attitude and are extremely rude. I’m not going back if I can help it…
