Worst practice I’ve ever even HEARD about (his office at 301 E City Ave, Suite G2, Bala Cynwyd, PA 19 004) Although the practice consists only of Dr. Russin and his often rude receptionist, he has no clue what is going on there. Ordered contacts 3 weeks ago, yet have received nothing but excuses. Receptionist said she’d send a trial pair while waiting on their «courier» who apparently quit (UPS anyone? FedEx??). Then they send me the wrong lenses! They have the worst hours– Dr Russin rolls in around noon and leaves whenever he feels like it. I took off work an afternoon last year for an eye appointment and when I arrived Dr. Russin had already left for the day (at 2pm). I had received a phone call one day before asking me IF I wanted to come in THAT day, which I declined. I guess Dr. Russin just didn’t care that I couldn’t fit into HIS schedule and wasted my afternoon REGARDLESS. Today, after still having not received my contacts I decided to call Dr. Russin– I explained the scenario and he proceeded to yell at me, that I «didn’t know how contacts work… you’re wasting my time… then go find a perfect practice if you’re such a perfect person!» Seriously??? SAVE YOUR TIME & MONEY AND RESPECT FOR SOMEONE WORTHY OF IT!
