We have a Southern Pride Smoker that holds 1000 pounds of meat at one time that rotisserie constantly. We use Pecan wood that gives the meat that special smoke flavor. From St. Louis Style Ribs, Pulled Pork, Brisket and Smoked Prime Rib every Saturday night. We have an array of smoked sandwiches with Clubs, Phillie’s, Reubens and French Dips. Appetizers, Fresh Garden Greens, Succulent Steaks that are hand cut daily and aged to perfection. BIG Half-​pound Burgers on a Sour Dough Bun that will melt in your mouth and satisfy your hunger. Sides galore to suit everyone needs and palate. Homemade Coleslaw with Dave’s Special sauce, the Best Baked Beans you’ll ever eat cause they are SMOKED in our smoker. Glazed carrots, and Homemade Potato Salad. A special Menu just for the Kids. Every thing a KID LOVES! Specialty desserts every day. Chef Brandy selects her catch of the day every Friday night. Smoked Prime Rib every Saturday night. Full Bar with HAPPY HOUR every day from 4 – 6 pm.

History

Established in 2009.

Our Daughter Brandy graduated from Central Community College from Hastings, NE in May 2009. She wanted to open up a place to cut her teeth on before moving on with her Culinary Arts. As parents we wanted to pursue something else as well and we opened up the restaurant. We always liked Southern Barbecue and decided we would specialize in Smoked Meats. The Courtyard Grill & Bar was born.

The Mother of the Executive Chef I wanted her to get a good start and what better way than to work side by side. We are family oriented and have always worked hard together and give everything we do 110%. Its been good to work together as a family and building this restaurant has been not only an experience for all of us but has been FUN.
