We sell new and gently used children’s items including infant to juniors and maternity. Itmes are sold on a consignment basis. Consignors use our easy to use website and software to create price tags. Consignors print the tags and place them on their items. Next step drop them off and we do the rest. Consignors designate certain items to be marked 50% off on Saturday. Unsold items can be designated to be donated to Stone Soup of Cottage Grove as well.

Items sold include furniture, toys, sporting goods, clothing, strollers etc.

History

Established in 2010.

Flip Flop Kid Swap was designed and founded in 2010 by owners Jennifer Cho and Rhonda Doheny. It was their way of creating a new option for consignors. Their concern was that traditional consignment sales were too time consuming and not profitable for the average parent. It is the goal at Flip Flop Kid Swap to make selling unused itmes EASY and profitable for parents.

I am often described as the outspoken women with a lot of ideas. Or has my friends say… here comes Rhonda bopping along with her pony tail and smile. I love finding a good deal on the best merchandise. I love the thrill of the hunt. For almost 10 years now, I have been running a successful at home consignment business and internet store front. Over the years I have been called upon to help connect other people with that hard to find item, at the price they can afford.



Being a wife and working mother of two boys, ages 6 and 3, I don’t often have the time to «run around». I understand the hassles of getting the kids in and out of the car and keeping them out of trouble in the store. Then there is always the time issue. In 2010, Jennifer and I decided it was time to put our ideas together and started Flip Flop Kid Swap, LLC. Our goals for Flip Flop include helping others have an easy way of «cashing out» their closets of unused items and «Flip Flop» them for new merchandis
