I saw that review complaining about lack of friendliness. No opinion as I do not go seeking friends. Although frankly I have found some there. Quality, experienced service with honesty (a critical and rare quality) at a fair price is what you’ll get. Any friendly stuff is just a bonus.

Unfriendly every time. No greeting. No smile. Told us to drop our car off and then wouldn’t take the car in (on two occasions). Two strikes you’re out.
