History

Established in 2001.

Established by Mike Stephens & Larry Stephens, P.E. Larry Stephens is the owner and founder of Stephens Consulting Services, P.C., an engineering and planning firm. This firm’s specialty has been in the wastewater design field, as well as all types of civil engineering projects. Mike joined the company in 1996 on the wastewater operations service, and quickly found there was a need to specialize the service for troubleshooting, maintenance, and repairs. Larry and Mike started SCS Systems LLC to focus on servicing these septic systems once put into service. Both SCS Systems LLC and Stephens Consulting Services, P.C. operate from the same office location in Haslett.
