I dropped off my 1 year old Vera Wang comforter to have it cleaned. It was returned to me with pulled strings all over it, marring the look of it. I spent 39 dollars to have my comforter cleaned and ruined. I could not see the damage to the comforter at pick up. However once unrolled at home it became quickly apparent. I will never visit this establishment again and I am posting this feedback to warn all who use Unilocal,like I do. Buyers beware.
