The guy who showed up to fix my AC was nice, I could tell immediately when everything was fixed. I went three days with 83 degree heat in my house! However, the process was frustrating, waiting all day for them to show up. Our scheduled time was from 8 – 12, were told mostly likely would be here between 10 – 11, and they didn’t show up until about 3:45. They don’t communicate well and every time I called to find out an ETA I was just told that he was on another job, so I guess the problem is the person answering phones, she seemed nice but gave little to no info. I wouldn’t have been so upset had I been more aware of what was going on and wasn’t led on by the time limit. But other than that, I was happy.
