Absolute waste of time and money, called to set up a package for my Wife’s Birthday, they were rude, didn’t provided pricing information, I was told that they were too busy to take advance payment. Been there before and trust me nothing special, extremely mechanical with no formal training as you would expect. You get what you pay for, if they allow you too.

My Mom treated me to a pedicure here before my cousin’s wedding last weekend. It was my first pedicure. Overall, it was a very nice experience. I loved the massage chair and the women who worked on my Mom and myself were very nice and professional. My only complaint is that I wish the TV were not on. The place was very busy, and maybe the other customers enjoy the TV, but for me, it would have been a much more relaxing experience if there were nice music playing rather than the usual string of car accidents and crime stories. Overall, I would recommend this spa, and I would return here if I wanted to get another pedicure or manicure.

I feel very comfortable at this place. I usually never liked having a man do my nails but Rick is very nice and does an excellent job EVERY time on my gel French manicure. He does it exactly how I want it and it looks perfect. What I also like is that he dips pieces of cotton in the acetone and puts it on the top of the nail bed where the old gel is, he wraps each finger tip with a small piece of tin foil and by the time he is done, he starts unwrapping the first nail to scrape the old gel off. I hate other places who all make you soak all of your fingertip in acetone for a long time before they scrap off. I prefer his method. I have also purchased spa pedicures. Rick does not do pedicures. I usually have a different person each time. I’ve had no complaints on those services. The place is pretty, and I feel comfortable there. It’s definitely my go to place for manicures and pedicures.

Ive had some great pedicures here but they have scheduling issues. I’d rather them be honest and say that the person you request is not available. They double book and then want you to wait 20 minutes. This happened to me today when I made a special trip and booked an appointment. I will not be going back.

I bought a groupon for the traditional korean body scrub and massage. It starts with a dry sauna before and after. Ive had a number of spa experiences in my life having worked in the beauty industy for awhile but this was unlike any prior. The service providers were very attentive and thorough and I felt amazing afterward. This is not a spa for someone who requires fancy surroundings and the body scrub is not for anyone who requires modesty. It took me a bit to be okay with my nakedness but once I got into the massage trance I enjoyed every second of this experience. Highly recommend
